Fab 5 were chilling in the canteen and getting bored, waiting for yaari to join them but it had been half an hour and still no one had arrived.
Mukti: what is wrong with them? Aaj Abhi mujhe pick karne bhi nahi aaya...he said he has some work and tab se leke ab tak I don't even know where he is
Manik: exactly! Nandini ka bhi koi pata nahi hai...she called me at freaking 4 in the morning saying ki manik mujhe aaj pick mat karna...have some work and jab I woke up today toh I see that she even messaged me the same thing
Mukti: yeh dono Bhai Behen ka na kuch nahi ho sakta
Cabir: yeh sab toh theek hai but baaki ke teen kaha hai? Navya, aryaman aur maddy bhi nahi aaye hai abhi tak
Alia: I guess aryaman will be late...uski voh childhood friend aayi hai na
Dhruv: ha and Cabir tu navya ko call karke puch na where she is...kal bhi she looked very pale
Cabir: ha kal usko thoda headache that so after chilling at manik's place I dropped her home aur ghar jaate hi voh so gayi isliye I did not call her varna voh disturb ho jaati na

He mocked him.
Cabir: aye topiwale tu toh chup hi reh...jab dekho alia ka chamcha banke ghumta rehta hai
Alia: haww Cabir don't say such things ok! Dhruv is the bestest boyfriend...such a sweetie!
Dhruv smiled at alia and pecked the side of her head.

Cabir had just pulled out his phone to call when he saw navya along with maddy walking in.
Cabir: look there they are
He said as navya and maddy settled themselves on the chairs.

Maddy: hey...wassup!
Manik: nothing...getting bored and waiting for you guys
Dhruv: vaise aaj tum log itna late kaise?
Maddy: are actually navya ki na tabyat thodi kharab thi so I had to pick her up kyuki arya toh apni friend ke saath busy hai so yeah...
Cabir: navya tumhari tabyat kharab hai toh college kyu aayi? You should rest na baba and agar aana hi tha toh mujhe call kar deti, I would have come to pick you up
Navya: Cabir relax...its just normal cold and am fine. Tumhe aaj practice ke liye college jaldi aana tha na so isliye I asked maddy to pick me up
Cabir: okay
Alia: but where are the rest?
Maddy: munchkin has some work so she said ki she will be late aur Abhi bhi uske saath hi hai and about aryaman...
Navya: arya apni friend ke saath college late aayega
Manik: let me atleast call nandini to know ki voh kab tak aa rahi hai
Cabir: someone is too desperate to meet his girlfriend
He teased.

Nandini: hello?
Manik: nandu tum ho kaha...we are waiting for you since when and tum ho ke aane ka naam hi nahi le rahi ho
Nandini: manik calm down and zara apne samne dekho I am entering the canteen
Manik looked up to see nandini and Abhi approaching them so he cut the call.
Mukti: what was so important ki tum log aaj ek ghanta late ho gaye?
Abhi*sitting beside her*: are baby actually kal raat amms ka call aaya tha. She wanted us to do a small pooja today before we celebrate raksha bandhan tomorrow
(PS: ok ppl I know that raksha bandhan is long gone but it was necessary to put this in here...I hope you don't mind)
Mukti: oh shit kal rakhi hai!
Alia: I totally forgot but how does it even matter anymore Bhai isn't here. I don't even know where he is
Dhruv: alia don't worry.....everything will be fine soon
Alia: I hope so dhruv, all I can do is just hope
Nandini: alia cheer up na. Toh kya hua if harshad is not here cabir aur manik toh hai...you told me once right that they are like your own brothers toh you can celebrate the festival with them too hai na? Cabir...manik you guys don't mind right?
Manik: ofcourse not alia infact we will be more than happy to be your brothers
Cabir: ha manik is right
Alia: you guys are the best!!
All smiled at her excitement and soon began talking casually when aryaman entered with a girl by his side.
Aryaman: hey guys!
Everyone turned to find aryaman there with a girl whom they assumed to be his childhood friend.
Maddy: aaditi?
Introducing Vrushika Mehta as Aaditi. A cute bubbly girl, aryaman's childhood best friend. She is a science student but dance is her passion too. An awesome dancer.
Aaditi: madhyam?...madhyam singhania?
Maddy: oh my god! Aaditi kaisi ho tum? Long time no see
He spoke standing up and taking aaditi in a side hug which kinda surprised everyone, specially aryaman.
Nandini: maddy how do you know her?
Maddy: munchkin we were together in school and then she shifted so we lost contact and after that its now I am meeting her
Aaditi: ha actually I shifted to Australia when we were in the 9th standard and ab I have returned to India to complete my studies
Aryaman: wow and I had no idea that about you two being friends
Aaditi: are arya remember I used to talk about this guy who would always roam around with his friends and talk to no one other than them?...that's him. You know ladkiya marti thi ispe but yeh kisiko bhaav tak nahi deta tha. We both were kinda friends cuz we were in the same class for 3 years varna even I would have been in that ignored list
Aryaman: oh...anyways kya baate chal rahi thi?
Navya: nothing much bas voh kal rakhi hai na so usi ke bare me
Aryaman: oh ha its rakhi tomorrow...nandu abhi se bolde kya gift chahiye tujhe?
Nandini: arya you know ki mujhe gift select karne me kitna confusion hota hai so get me whatever you like but it should be good ha!
Aryaman: ok. By the way navya ab tum kaisi ho? Kal you looked pale and tumhe shayad headache bhi tha na? So are you fine now?
Navya: arya I am fine voh bas I have cold isliye
Aryaman: cold! Tab toh pakka I should worry kyuki jab tumhe cold hota hai tab you don't have your food properly and then I have to literally babysit you all day
Navya: arya bas na
She pouted.
Aryaman: acha ok now stop making those faces they don't work anymore
Navya: huh! Khadoos!
She huffed.
Aryaman: I heard that
Navya: you were supposed to
Everyone were enjoying their banter butvthere was one person who was trying her best to smile but couldn't. Navya and aryaman's bond was making her jealous. Guess who?
Ok ppl I know that it was just a filler chapter but m sorry I really couldn't think of anything else so bare with it and ya about the rakhi thing...that is necessary to show so I hope you guys don't mind. After the rakhi celebration there will be a leap of some months and I will directly show diwali. Hope you guys are fine with it.
