*RAIN*
I woke up the next morning with my head on Roc's chest, he was still asleep. I felt my head move up an down as he breathed and I suddenly became uncomfortable with having still been naked. I tried to get up, but Roc's eyes flew open and he gripped my waist.
"Where ya going?" He asked.
"To get dressed so we can get Des."
"Baby Destiny is fine, just lay with me."
"But Roc..." I whined.
"No buts! Stay here."
"Ok." I surrendered. I layed my head back on his chest and he rubbed my back.
"I miss this." He said. "Us being calm, just being with eachother."
"Me too." I confessed.
"Maybe we should make this a weekly thing."
I nodded. "Yeah maybe."
I wasn't too sure how I felt about that idea. Yeah I liked getting to be calm and not feel worried about Des, but not seeing her 7 days a week wasn't a calming thought for me.
"What if Justin says something to Angie?" I asked.
"I don't know..."
"Angie would never forgive you, and she would never forgive me for not telling her."
"Maybe you should talk to Justin."
I ran my fingers over his abs and nodded. "Yeah maybe..."
"Don't stress over that now ok? Lets just enjoy each others company."
I nodded again and got off his chest so I could lay beside him.
"I love you Roc."
"I love your more." He smiled.
He pulled me close and kissed my neck.
"Can we please get Destiny?" I asked.
He looked at me in a way that told me I killed the mood.
"Ah! Ok lets get her." He said in frustration.
I pulled him back down when he tried to get up from the bed.
"Don't be mad." I begged him.
"I'm not. I just...I miss you Rain. I know we're around each other a lot, but one of us is always stressing over something, either Des or work. I miss you." He repeated.
I smiled. "I miss you too Roc, but we're married with a child, you must have known things would change."
He nodded. "Yeah I guess I knew, I just didn't expect things to change so soon."
"Don't lie. Do you WANT to go get Destiny right now?" I asked him.
"Yes."
I could tell he was lieing, but I was really starting to miss her.
"Ok so lets go."
We both got dressed and the car ride was quiet, Roc was mad.
"Hi!" I greeted Angie, who had Destiny in her arms.
"Hey lovebirds. Have fun?" She asked us.
"Angela please shut up." I laughed.
"It's ok you can tell me later." She winked at me.
I shook my head and took Des from her.
"Hi baby. Did you miss us? Cuz we missed you!" I told Des in my baby voice.
Angie handed Roc the baby bag and we said short goodbyes. Our ride back to the house was quiet, as I expected. Roc givig me the silent treatment was bareable, but when I heard the front door close I got sad. He didn't come kiss Destiny and I goodbye like he always did before he left for work.
