Alyssa and Kiefer are talking about their plans on putting up business together, when suddenly they heard Dennise screaming.
"LYYYYYY! Alyssa! Oh my God! Oh my Goooood!" Dennise screamed from upstairs.
"Shit, si Den." Alyssa said and ran upstairs.
Alyssa immediately opened the door of their room. They've been living on Dennise's condo ever since their freshmen year in college. They were childhood friends.
"Den? Dennise?"
"Dito Ly!!! Oh my God!" Dennise said, her voice coming from their balcony.
"Hey, Den. Are you okay?" Alyssa asked, catching her breath.
"Of course I am, but OMG besh! LA Revilla is baaaaaack!" Dennise yelled again.
LA Revilla is Dennise's grade school crush. Basketball player, most popular guy in their school until now na college na sila. Bata pa lang sila patay na patay na si Dennise kay LA, but the latter never noticed her... Well, he did. Pero mostly asking for favors lang.
"Hahahahaha. Akala ko naman kung ano." Alyssa said, sarcastically.
Dennise hit her on the shoulders, "Hoy! Grabe ka naman besh. It's THE LA Revilla 'no!" She said, emphasizing the word "the".
"THE LA Revilla who never noticed you. Den naman, patapos na tong school year na to, pero ano? Nganga ka pa din. Iisang klase na nga lang kayo, di ka pa rin napansin. Ngayon pa kayang galing sa competition yan?" Alyssa said as a matter of fact.
"Alam mo napakabitter mo! Mapapansin rin ako nun. I bet you, di matatapos tong school year na to and he would notice me. The man of my dreams would notice me." Dennise said dreamily.
Alyssa almost puke when he heard man of dreams coming from Den, she swallowed first before answering her bestfriend, "Yeah, suit yourself. Baba na nga ko andun pa si Kief."
"Tell him I said hi!"
Pagkababa ni Alyssa, sinalubong agad siya ni Kiefer, "Oh ano, okay lang ba si Dennise?"
"Yeah, okay naman."
"Eh b't ikaw mukhang hindi? Para kang namatayan eh."
"The man of her dreams is back." Alyssa said and sat down on the sofa and covered her face.
"Man of her dreams?" Kiefer chucked, "Si Revilla?"
"Sino pa nga ba? Haay bwiset na pugo yun."
"Yan yan! Ayaw pa kasi umamin tapos ngayon seselos ka diyan!"
"Eh ano naman kasi laban ko dun? Bata pa lang kami yun ng pugo na yun gusto niya!"
Alyssa's been in love with Dennise ever since they were kids. But she never had the courage to tell her. Because.....
1. Dennise is straight as a effin' ruler.
2. Dennise is madly "inlove" with LA Revilla.
3. She doesn't want to ruin their friendship.
"Haay nako Ly! Ano na gagawin mo ngayon?"
"Ewan ko. Bahala na." Alyssa said and Kiefer just shook her head.

The next day..
It's their finals week kaya halos lahat ng estudyante na makakasalubong sa campus nila ay may hawak na reviewer or notes, kahit saan ka tumingin may mga nag-babasa. Yung iba naman mga chill lang na para bang walang pakialam kung papasa sila o hindi.
Alyssa just dropped off Dennise to her class, wala naman na siyang klase dahil maaga nagpafinals ang mga prof niya pumapasok na lang siya para sa attendance at para may kasabay si Dennise.
Alyssa was walking when she felt an arm around her, siniko naman niya agad ito dahil alam niyang si Kiefer lang to.
"Aray ko naman, Ly!"
"Akbay pa kasi."
"Init ng ulo." Kiefer said, she saw Alyssa looking at their friends Kim and Mela, "Kung umaamin ka kasi, edi sana ganyan din kayo ni Den ngayon."
Sinimangutan na lang ni Alyssa si Kiefer at sinalubong sila Kim, "Tol."
"Uy, baldo. B't andito ka pa? Wala ka na naman klase diba?" Kim asked.
"Attendance tsaka walang kasabay si Den pumasok."
"Lakas talaga ng tama mo kay Den. Kailan mo balak umamin?"
"Yan! Sabi kasi sayo Ly umamin ka na!" Kiefer said while pushing Aly.
"Para makapag-double date na tayo. Diba Melabs?" Kim asked her girlfriend.
"Haaay nako, si Alyssa nanaman pinagtripan niyo. Tara na nga, malalate pa tayo." Mela said.
"Tularan mo gf Kimmy. Sige na ingat kayo. Thank you Mela. Goodluck mga tol." Alyssa said and the three of them give fist bump to each other, while she kissed Mela's cheek.
Alyssa sat down on the bench as she watch her schoolmates running, nagpapasalamat na lang siya at dumaan siya sa klase niya kanina para sa attendance. She heaved a sigh, ilang oras pa para sa susunod niyang klase na attendance lang nanaman. Ayaw naman niya umalis dahil sabay sila tuwing break nila Dennise.
She heaved another sigh again as she thought of Dennise.
"Ang lalim naman nun." The girl beside her said.
"Den. Ano ginagawa mo dito?" Alyssa asked.
"Wala na daw kaming finals, dahil pumasa na naman kami nung prelims." Dennise said and sighed, "And wala pa rin si LA."
Alyssa just rolled her eyes, "Baka naman kasi pagod yun. Nag-compete nga sila diba?"
"Pero sabi niya kasi ngayon siya babalik." Dennise said while pouting.
"Sino naman nag-sabi sayo?" Alyssa asked.
"Ayun kasi yung tweet niya kagabi."
Alyssa chuckled and Dennise hit her, "Kita na nga nag-dradrama yung besh mo, pagtatawanan pa!"
"Aray ko, Den! Ito naman. Galawang stalker ka kasi eh. Aray! Tama na, joke lang."
Dennise stopped hitting Alyssa and both of them sighed, Alyssa looked to her right then back at Dennise who's still pouting.
"Dennise, bumalik ka na sa klase mo." Alyssa said.
"Pinapalayas mo ba ko, Valdez?!" Dennise asked, raising her eye brows.
"Bumalik ka na, kase andiyan na siya."
"Ha? Sino?" Dennise asked and Alyssa pointed at LA's direction using her lips.
Dennise looked at where Alyssa's pointing at and there she saw the guy that she's been waiting in her class for 3 weeks. A smile appeared on her face.
Alyssa saw the smile in Dennise's face and she knew she did the right thing, even though it hurts her.
"Oh my God! Sabi sayo babalik siya eh!" Dennise whispered.
"Sige na. Bumalik ka na."
"Okay. Okay. Maganda na ba ko besh?" Dennise asked na nag-aayos pa ng buhok niya.
"You're already beautiful." Alyssa said.
"Sabi mo yan ah! Sige una na ko besh. See you later!" Dennise said, leaving Alyssa.
"Yeah. See you." Alyssa said and sighed.

Dennise was fixing her stuffs, when she heard someone called her. At first she thought she was just hallucinating so she pinched her self and smiled when she knew she's not dreaming.
She faced the person who called him, "Yes?"
"Uhm. Hi, Den. Well, sabi kasi ni prof I should ask for your notes daw for those days that I missed. Ikaw lang daw kasi masipag mag-sulat ng notes dito." LA said.
"Sige. Sige. Sure. What do you need ba?" Dennise asked, but deep inside kilig na kilig na siya.
"Well.. Everything." LA asked at napakamot sa ulo niya.
"Hmm. Okay. Bigay ko na lang sayo next class, nasa locker ko kasi eh."
"Alright. See you later. Thank you, Dennise." LA said and smiled at her before he left the room.
"Oh my God. He knows me!" Dennise said to herself and put her hands on her face.

Lunch time..
Alyssa, Dennise, Kiefer, Kim and Carmela are in the cafeteria talking about their finals, when Kim noticed Dennise na parang wala sa sarili niya at nakatulala lang.
"Psst. Okay lang ba yan?" Kim asked Alyssa, whispering.
"Yeah. I think so." Alyssa said while biting her burger.
"Eh hindi kumakain, tol. Ang takaw kaya niyan." Kim said.
"Sshh! Baka marinig ka niyan." Alyssa said. Sa kanila kase magbabarkada si Dennise ang pinakamatakaw at pinakamaliit, but no matter how much she eats she never get fat.
"Uhh, Den?" Alyssa called.
"Hmm."
"Okay ka lang ba?"
"Hmm."
"Ay sus. Paano di magiging okay, eh nakatulala dun oh." Kiefer pointed.
And all of them looked on the other side of the cafeteria and there they saw LA with his teammates, they looked back again at Dennise and surely she's staring at him.
"Ganito," Kiefer said, "Dennise... Matakaw ka ba?"
"Kief!" Mela said, laughing.
"Ha? Oo nga." Dennise said, still staring at LA.
"Dennise... Mukhang pugo 'no?" Kim asked.
"Yeah right." Dennise answered and all of them silently laughed.

"Dennise, thank you for lending me your notes." LA said.
"Sure. Wala naman yun, just give it back na lang when you're done. Una na ko." Dennise said.
"Umm wait. If it's not too much to ask... Can you tutor me?" LA asked.
Dennise was about to say yes when she remembered something, "Can I get back to you on that?"
"Yeah yeah. Sure. Thank you again." LA said, Dennise just smiled at him and left him.
While she was walking she can't help but smile, that's the longest conversation they ever had ever since.
"Well, someone is happy." Alyssa said as soon as she saw her bestfriend.
"I told you besh. He would notice me." Dennise said and sticked out her tongue.
"What happened?" Alyssa asked.
"He asked for my notes and kanina he asked if I can tutor him." Dennise said, excitedly.
"And you said yes, right?"
"Nope."
"No. Weh?"
"Oo nga, grabe ka naman! Sabi ko na lang na pag-iisipan ko pa."
"Pero if I know yes naman talaga sagot mo dun."
"Well duh. Why would I say no to him. Tsaka chance na yun to get to know him even more."
"Yeah. Yeah. As if naman di mo alam lahat tungkol sakanya." Alyssa said na napasimangot na lang.
"Are you jealous?" Dennise asked while opening the door of their condo.
"What?" Alyssa asked and laughed, "Dennise, mas pogi ako dun. Please lang."
"Kapal!" Dennise said and laughed with Alyssa, "Bukas na bukas I'll tell him that I'm gonna tutor him."
Alyssa just smiled at Dennise and divert her attention to her phone.
