The fact that the Nazi occupation exhumed and destroyed 1,100 graves yesterday, in the Al-Tuffah neighborhood, east of Gaza City, and stole about 150 bodies of the recently buried martyrs, and taking them to an unknown destination, is a heinous crime that expresses the brutality of this fascist army, and reveals the extent of its sadism and criminality, in a blatant violation. For all divine values and laws, and defiance and disdain for all international laws and norms.
This heinous crime comes shortly after the occupation stole the organs of about 80 bodies and mutilated them before handing them over to the Red Cross and reburying them in the city of Rafah.
We are faced with the Zionist occupation’s repetition of its brutal crimes of exhuming graves and stealing the bodies of our martyrs in the Gaza Strip. We call on all countries, governments, and concerned human rights and international institutions to stand up to their humanitarian and moral responsibilities, and to take serious and urgent action to condemn and expose these escalating crimes against the sanctity of graves and the bodies of martyrs, and to work by all means to stop them. and prosecute the perpetrators.

A statement issued by the National Assembly of Islamic Scholars, Groups and Bodies in Palestine:
▪️The sons of our struggling Palestinian people, the sons of our Arab and Islamic nation, the free people of the world everywhere. The nation, and indeed the entire world, is witnessing strategic transformations after the blessed Al-Aqsa Flood operation on the seventh of October, where the features of pride and dignity were drawn for this blessed nation, and the will of goodness triumphed in it under the leadership of the Palestinian resistance and the peoples of our nation. And the free people of the world against evil and the Zionist American-Western tyranny. The battle was the beginning of the demise of this Zionist entity that was usurping this blessed land. The whole world followed the valor and legendary steadfastness of our people, and the strength, steadfastness and aggression of our Mujahideen on the land of Palestine. Gaza was able to shake from the midst of the siege with all the courage and strength of its pillars. This Nazi entity is being attacked by the power of God everywhere, and we, from the holy land of Palestine and the blessed Gaza, affirm the following:
First: We affirm our absolute support for the valiant resistance of our people, which is inflicting defeat on the enemy and pursuing it in every nook and corner. We also salute our steadfast people for their inherent role in embracing the resistance that represents them and defends their dignity.
Second: The Islamic scholars and bodies confirm their rejection of the Zionist occupation’s plans to impose a new administration on Gaza after its defeat in Gaza, through the so-called civil or tribal administration. We affirm that these plans will fail on the rock of the steadfastness of our people and that all declared and unannounced suspicious plans are popularly, nationally and legitimately rejected.
Third: Talking about managing the public affairs of the Gaza Strip after the war and after the defeat of the enemy in Gaza will only be a purely national matter for our Palestinian people and their living forces, and the enemy and its supporters will not have any role in this framework. Here we appreciate the position issued by the Palestinian tribes, clans and families who absolutely reject it. This is a legitimate, national and moral position, and everyone who cooperates in any way with the occupation is under the rule of the occupier and his fate is the same as the fate of the Zionist occupation.
Fourth: We call on the nation and every Muslim and free person on the face of the earth to carry out their legal, moral and humanitarian duty to support Palestine and Gaza as a people and resistance in all forms, means and ways.
Fifth: We call on the proud resistance and our living peoples in all capitals and countries and on all fronts and arenas to declare a state of mobilization and comprehensive resistance against the occupation and its supporters, disrupting their interests, and targeting their usurping capabilities, until the aggression and genocidal war stops, the crossings are opened, people are given relief, the occupation is defeated, and all its plans and projects to liquidate the Palestinian cause are dropped. .
Fifth: We affirm that we will remain on this land, stationed there, and we will defend it with everything we have, and that all attempts by the occupation to displace our people from their land and sanctities will fail, and that our decision is to remain steadfast, firm, and resist until we return to our land and liberate our sanctities.
In conclusion: Our valiant resistance, which created heroic epics to which history bears witness, in which victory was written at the first moment of the blessed crossing of our people and nation in the Battle of the Al-Aqsa Flood, began by God’s will and will end by God’s will, and the world will witness a combined defeat of the occupation and its supporters, God willing.
