It had been two months since Y/n and Jungwon had started dating, and things were going well. Y/n had toned down her mean girl act and had become kinder towards everyone, especially Jungwon. Meanwhile, Jungwon had opened up more and had become more confident in himself. However, there was a new problem that Jungwon was facing.
Ever since he started dating Y/n, other people began to notice him more. Jungwon wasn't used to all the attention he was receiving, and it was making him feel overwhelmed. He noticed that other boys in his class would stare at him, and some would even try to talk to him more often. Even some girls started to show interest in him and would flirt with him whenever Y/n wasn't around.
At first, Jungwon didn't know how to react to all the attention. He felt awkward and unsure of himself, and he didn't want to do anything to jeopardize his relationship with Y/n. However, as time went on, he began to feel more and more stressed. He didn't want to hurt Y/n, but he also didn't want to lead anyone else on.
One day, as Jungwon was sitting in class, he couldn't help but feel like he was being watched. He turned around and saw a group of girls giggling and looking his way. Jungwon felt his heart race, and he quickly looked away, feeling embarrassed.
As the day went on, more and more people started to talk to Jungwon. It was as if he had suddenly become popular overnight, and he didn't know how to handle it. He felt like he was being pulled in different directions, and he didn't know what to do.
When he finally saw Y/n at the end of the day, he felt relieved. He ran up to her and hugged her tightly, grateful for her presence. "I missed you," he whispered, burying his face in her hair.
Y/n smiled and hugged him back. "I missed you too, silly," she said, pulling away and looking at him. "Is everything okay?"
Jungwon hesitated for a moment before finally speaking. "I don't know. I feel like everyone's looking at me, and I don't know how to handle it. I don't want to hurt anyone, but I don't want to lose you either."
Y/n's smile faded, and she took his hand. "Jungwon, you don't have to worry about anyone else. You're with me, and that's all that matters. If anyone else tries to get in the way, I'll take care of it. You just focus on us, okay?"
Jungwon felt a weight lift off his shoulders, and he smiled at Y/n. "Okay," he said. "Thank you."
Y/n squeezed his hand and leaned in to kiss him. "Anytime," she said, smiling. "Now let's go get some ice cream."
Jungwon grinned and followed Y/n out of the school, feeling grateful for her understanding and support. He knew that he still had a lot to learn about relationships and dealing with attention, but with Y/n by his side, he felt like he could handle anything.
{Time skip, the next day}
Jungwon had spent the whole day with Sunghoon, trying to focus on their studies for an upcoming test. They were in the library, poring over textbooks, when two girls approached them. Jungwon felt his heart race as the girls started to flirt with him, making him feel incredibly uncomfortable.
Sunghoon, on the other hand, seemed to be enjoying the attention. He flirted back with the girls, making them giggle and blush. Jungwon tried to ignore them, but the girls kept trying to get his attention.
Finally, one of the girls turned to Jungwon and asked, "Are you taken?"
Jungwon felt his cheeks heat up, and he stumbled over his words. "Uh, yeah, I am," he said, feeling embarrassed.
The girls looked disappointed, and they quickly walked away. Sunghoon chuckled and nudged Jungwon. "Dude, you're such a nervous wreck when it comes to girls," he said, grinning.
Jungwon felt a pang of guilt. He knew that he should have been more assertive, but he didn't want to do anything that would jeopardize his relationship with Y/n. He thought about her, wondering what she was up to.
Meanwhile, Y/n was hanging out with her friends, laughing and chatting. She felt happy and relaxed, enjoying the company of her friends. However, as the day went on, she couldn't help but feel like something was off. She missed Jungwon and wished that she was spending time with him instead.
Finally, when the school day was over, Y/n decided to surprise Jungwon. She headed to the library, hoping to catch him before he left. When she arrived, she saw Jungwon and Sunghoon sitting at a table, surrounded by books.
She walked over to them, smiling. "Hey, guys," she said.
Jungwon's face lit up when he saw her. "Y/n! What are you doing here?"
Y/n grinned. "I wanted to surprise you," she said, leaning in to kiss him.
Sunghoon rolled his eyes. "Get a room, you two," he said, chuckling.
Jungwon felt a surge of happiness as he hugged Y/n tightly. He realized that no matter how many people tried to flirt with him or get his attention, Y/n was the one he wanted to be with. He felt grateful for her understanding and support, and he knew that he would do anything to make her happy.
Jungwon was feeling a mix of emotions as he walked out of the library with Y/n and Sunghoon. He felt grateful to have Y/n by his side, but at the same time, he couldn't shake off the uncomfortable feeling of being noticed by other girls. As they walked, two more girls appeared out of nowhere and approached them.
Jungwon felt his heart sink as the girls started to flirt with him, making him feel even more overwhelmed. He didn't know how to react, and he froze in place.
But Y/n didn't hesitate. She stepped forward and put herself between Jungwon and the girls, staring them down with a fierce look in her eyes. "Leave him alone," she said, her voice stern and commanding.
The girls looked taken aback, but they didn't back down. "Why should we?" one of them asked, smirking.
Y/n didn't miss a beat. "Because he's mine," she said, putting a possessive hand on Jungwon's arm.
Jungwon felt a rush of warmth spread through his body. He knew that Y/n was standing up for him, and he felt incredibly grateful. He put his hand on top of hers, feeling a sense of protection and comfort.
The girls looked at each other, then shrugged and walked away. Y/n turned to Jungwon, a soft smile on her lips. "Are you okay?" she asked.
Jungwon nodded, feeling a little bit more confident now. "Yeah, thanks to you," he said, smiling back.
Sunghoon rolled his eyes again. "Jeez, you two are so mushy," he said, grinning.
Jungwon and Y/n laughed, feeling a sense of relief and happiness. They continued to walk down the hallway, hand in hand, feeling like nothing could stop them.
Jungwon's heart was racing as he walked hand in hand with Y/n down the hallway. He was still feeling a bit shaken from the encounter with the other girls, so when Y/n's friends suddenly appeared out of nowhere, he jumped and bumped into Y/n, causing them both to fall down to the floor.
Y/n's friends and Sunghoon burst out laughing, finding Jungwon's clumsiness and nervousness adorable. Jungwon felt embarrassed, his cheeks flushing with color as he got up from the floor, dusting himself off.
"I'm sorry," he said, looking down at the ground.
Y/n reached out and took his hand, pulling him back up to his feet. "It's okay," she said, smiling reassuringly at him. "They're just teasing us."
Jungwon nodded, feeling a bit more relaxed now. He looked around at the group, seeing the amused looks on their faces, and felt a sudden surge of affection towards them. They were all so different from him, but they had accepted him into their group without hesitation, and he felt grateful for their kindness.
Sunghoon clapped him on the back, grinning. "Don't worry about it, man. We all have our clumsy moments," he said, winking at Jungwon.
Y/n's friends giggled, nodding in agreement. "Yeah, and besides, it's cute," one of them said, nudging Y/n.
Y/n smiled, giving Jungwon's hand a squeeze. "I think so too," she said, looking up at him with a loving gaze.
Jungwon felt his heart swell with happiness. He may not be the most confident or outgoing person, but with Y/n and her friends by his side and Sunghoon, his best friend, he felt like he could conquer anything. He smiled back at them, feeling grateful for their acceptance and love.
