Darren POV:
Zero-Two quickly situated herself on my couch as she began to hyperventilate.
Darren: Calm down.
She was still hyperventilating, until I hugged her. Which made her calm down a little. Making everyone there jealous.
Darren: (Ciel, what happened to her?)
Ciel: (She seems like to have just escaped. Maybe from those servants that she called.)
Darren: Yuko, you know what she is on about?
Yuko: From what I can tell, probably some rogue servants are out there. But it's strange since the holy grail doesn't exist in this timeline, nor dimension.
Darren: Someone with a similar power to you?
Yuko: Most likely.
The four of us, Lucas, Yuko, Zero-Two and I quickly situated ourselves in the dining room. Everyone was sitting down at the dining room with Zero-Two still looking at us with anxiety as Wiz brought some tea for the four of us.
Darren: What do you mean by Servants are coming?
Zero-Two: More specifically, there are alter servants and summoned inverse spirits coming. They want more spirit powers from us.
Yuko: What do you mean by that?
Zero-Two: They want our spirit powers to power themselves. Since spirit powers are stronger and similar to mana. They can manipulate it to their will.
Darren: Do you know where they are?
Zero-Two: They are-
Suddenly, a shadow appeared from behind Zero-Two and attacked us.
Shadow: You know, it's better to have your mouth shut while I-
Darren: Elucidator.
I swung towards the shadow, which blocked with a lance.
???: Impressive, if I didn't block. Then that sword might've one shot defeated me.
Darren: Who are you?
Lancer alter: I see that you don't know my name.
Yuko: I know who you are. You're Artoria lancer's alter.
Lancer alter: It seems like someone here knows me.
Darren: What are you doing with Zero-Two?
Lancer Alter: I need her spirit powers of course, as well as your monarch energy and your mana *points at Yuko*.
Yuko: Well, I won't let you. Arthur Pendragon! I SUMMON YOU!
Darren: Shadow Armour! I summon you!
(Ignore the axe)
Suddenly, another shadow appeared behind me and slapped me.
Lucas: DARREN! I summon you! Zadkiel!
Lucas kicked the shadow, which was blocked by a sword.
Lancer Alter: Don't hide from them.
???: I don't want to reveal my identity yet.
Lancer Alter: Suit yourself.
She rushed towards me and tried a stab, but Yuko blocked it and knocked her aside. I swung my sword, but was instead blocked and swung towards a wall.
Darren: Tch.
Lucas: Darren!
A sword was suddenly swung towards my head, but Lucas blocked it with his scythe and he dashed towards the shadow. But instead, hundreds of shadow hands appeared. Locking down Lucas.
Darren: What the-
I was forced to block an incoming attack from Lancer alter as Yuko attempted a hit. But was kicked by the horse and sent towards the wall.
Darren: (Yuko has more durability than me. If that kick was able to send the guy towards a wall. I would provide a same result.)
Lancer Alter: Time to retreat.
Darren: Wait!
The two of them suddenly disappeared into the shadows, taking Zero-Two with them. I slammed my hand on the floor as everyone that was hiding came walking down.
Kurumi: Darren...
Darren: FUCK!
Yuko and Lucas stood up, obviously shook from the event.
Yuko: We had to hold back otherwise this house might be destroyed. We have two decisions right now. We can either leave Zero-Two or save her.
Lucas: Personally, i think we should leave her.
I punched Lucas on the face, which sent him towards the floor. We all destransformed from our armours.
Darren: What are you saying?!
Lucas: She was an enemy, wasn't she? What's wrong about leaving an enemy to die?! Didn't you use to do the same?
I loosed my grip on his collar as Yuko just sighed.
Yuko: Calm down. Darren, Lucas. The mastermind, I have a rough idea. I'll deal with the mastermind since he/she's a servant.
Darren: I guess I'll play the supportive role this time.
Lucas: Sure, we should go now.
Yuko: Oh yeah, do you even know where to go?
Lucas: No idea.
Yuko: Interesting. Darren, you still have that mask you used to wear?
Darren: The half mask?
Yuko: Of course, you can sense Zero-Two's mana right?
Darren: Yeah. What about it.
Yuko: Then, shall we dance against those foolish servants that dare to raise a hand against their master?
Yuko started to walk towards us and placed a hand on my and Lucas' shoulder. Kurumi and Mukuro just snickered, while Tohka looked really worried. With Wiz, Kocho and Velzard needing to calm her down.
Kocho: Clam down, Yuko is mostly like that when he cannot control his anger.
Rose: I'll join you guys as well. I don't wanna just sit still and let you guys fight, besides. This'll just be my reprimand for not fighting in the war.
Lucas: You sure?
Rose: Of course.
Yuko: Do you know where Zero-Two is being held up? Darren?
Darren: No idea yet. (Ciel)
Ciel: (Master, she is currently being held in Tengu City. The location is somewhere in a lab. With Yuko and your help. I have already known who's the mastermind in all of this.)
Darren: (Yuko, Lucas, Rose. Ciel said that she knows who the mastermind is now.)
Yuko: (Who is it?)
Ciel: (There isn't just one servant that's pulling the strings. You have Jeanne d'arc in your servant collection right? Yuko Pendragon.)
Yuko: (Yeah, but what about it?)
Ciel: (I sensed someone like her. I have also sensed the aura of the alters. Many alters in fact. They are all working under someone that is more powerful than you all.)
Yuko: (Who?)
Ciel: (Archer Gilgamesh is the Monarch's personal servant. The light Monarch's personal servant, or I should say.)
Yuko: (So you mean to say that a Monarch is ordering Gil to do this stuff?)
Ciel: (Pretty much.)
Yuko suddenly placed his hand on our shoulders once more as he allowed a maniacal laugh to escape from his lips.
Yuko: Darren, Lucas. You're willing to die for Zero-Two right?
Darren: I don't know about Lucas, but for me it's a yes.
Lucas: Maybe.
Yuko: Then, shall we dance with those servants? Shall we dance with them as the clowns on the stage?
Yuko: /Besides, Darren, Lucas. Don't act like this wasn't expected and anticipated from you guys. We didn't purposely hold back to not destroy the house. We held back because we wanted Zero-Two to be taken by them, right?/
Darren: /I know, using Zero-Two as prime bait was worth it./
Yuko: /Then, shall we?/
