Y/N's (Your Name) Point of View
"Y/N, meet your step mother, Ally, and your step brother Vernon", my dad introduced them and they smiled and bowed to me. I also did the same.
"Nice too meet you both~", I said while smiling.
"Nice too meet you too Y/N, I hope we will get along~", she cheerfully said and I just smiled to her.
"Y/N, take Vernon to his room so he can arranged his things. Your mother and I needs to buy some things, see you later!"
"Okay", I said then I looked at Vernon.
"Follow me"
I started walking without looking back at him. None of us uttered a word. The atmosphere is so awkward.
"Here we are, after you arranged your things, feel free to check our house. If you need anything, just call me. I'll be staying in my room", I said and pointed the room before his room. He nodded and I walked away.
"Is he mute? He doesn't say anything. Duh! Whatever!", I said as I sat down on my sofa and turned on my own TV.
While watching, I heard a small knock from the outside.
I stood up, "What is it?", I said then I opened my door. There, I saw Vernon.
"Ummm, can I cook two ramens?", he asked then I made a poker face.
"I know that you are my step brother and you just moved in today but this is your house already. I don't care even if you cooked ten ramens, just make sure you won't burn down the kitchen", I jokingly said and he chuckles.
"Don't worry, I'm good at cooking", he said while smiling. He's cute.
"Okay. Cook four ramens, I'm hungry. Can I eat with you?"
"Of course! You're my noona- I mean... my step sister. Sorry", he said then he looked down.
"Oh, so I'm older than you?", I asked while raising an eyebrow.
"Yes, I'm one year younger than you"
"You can call me noona if you like..."
"Really?! Then, thank you for accepting me noona~", he said while smiling brightly. His gums are showing which made me giggle.
"I can't believe you're so cute", I calmly said then I noticed Vernon's cheeks growing red.
"Hey Vernon! Are you okay? Your cheeks got red", I said and he covered it immediately.
"Oh r-really noona? I-I'm actually v-very hungry r-right now. I'll go d-downstairs and c-cook, I-I'll just call y-you if I'm d-done", he said while stuttering too much and ran away very fast.
I just shaked my head and followed him downstairs. I entered the kitchen then Vernon saw me, he was shocked.
"What are you doing here noona?"
"I want to watch you while cooking", I coldly said and I saw how he gulped. This man is so cute and funny at the same time.
"O-okay noona, I'll start now", he said.
He started putting noodles on the boiling water and later on he puts the seasonings. He covered it for three minutes and he opened it again to put an egg but he stopped. He suddenly looked at me.
"Is it okay if I put two eggs?"
"Yeah sure, no problem"
"Okay noona~", he said and he cracked another egg. I don't know but I really love it when he calls me noona, it's very new to me.
"It's done noona! Let's it now!", he said and I just nodded.
"Here's your chopsticks noona~", he said as he smiles.
"Thank you"
We started eating and to be honest, it's very tasty. I keep on eating and eating that I don't noticed Vernon was staring at me.
"Is it tasty noona?", he asked in a charming way.
"Yes~ You're such a good cook", I said as I gave him two thumbs up.
"That's good to hear noona~", he said as he patted the top of my head. I was shocked with his sudden move which made my eyes widened and at the sane time, he realized what he did.
"Oh I'm so sorry noona, I didn't mean to d-do that"
I shaked my head and just smiled, "It's fine, it's not like you slapped me", I joked as I laughed a little.
Honestly, his touch makes my heart beats fast. My cheeks feel hot also. Good thing my cheeks don't get red so easily.

Two weeks has passed, Vernon and I got more close to each other.
I introduced him to all of my friends and gladly they welcomed and accepted him warmly.
"Y/N, is your step bro single?", one of my friends asked.
"Yes, why? You want to date him??", I teasingly said then she laughed.
"Well, if he wants, we can date you know... ahahaha!", she jokingly said.
"Hey Y/N!", my very trusted boy bestfriend, Minghao, called me.
"Hey Mings! What's up?"
"Want to me treat you an ice cream?", he said as he winks.
"Oh~ Sounds good~"
"How about us Minghao?", my two other friends said while pouting.
"Not now girls, gonna treat my beautiful girl bestfriend first", he said which made me giggled.
"Oh~ Are you sure your just friends???", my friends teasingly said.
"Shut up! Anyways Mings~ Let's go now", I said as I hold his hands and we started walking away.
Vernon's Point of View
While walking through our building's hallway, I saw Y/N with a boy; AND THEY WE'RE HOLDING EACH OTHER'S HANDS LIKE WHAT THE HECK?!
"What the? Wait... Vernon why are you reacting like this? Vernon you're not jealous, you're not...", I said to myself then I looked back at Y/N.
"Yes, I'm jealous. Argh!", I annoyingly exclaimed while grabbing my own hair out of frustration.
I do now admit. I like Y/N as a woman. I know he is my noona but I just can't help it. Everytime she smiles at me and calls me cute, my heart suddenly becomes crazy.
And now that I saw her with another man plus they we're holding hands, it hurts. I don't really know what's their relationship is but, it feels like his Y/N's boyfriend and it hurts me even more. It feels like someone just stabbed my heart into pieces.
Y/N's (Your Name) Point of View
"Thanks for the treat Mings~", I said and he smiled.
"You're always welcome, you know what, my friends has been teasing me about our relationship. They really thought we are dating in secret", he said which made me raise an eyebrow.
"Really?! Hahahaha! Let them think what they want to think"
"Yeah~ So Y/N? Still no boyfriend??", Minghao suddenly asked and I shaked my head.
"Nope! But I have a crush but, it's complicated", I said which made Minghao confused.
"What do you mean?"
"You know, my step brother. I think like him already", I softly said.
"W-what? Y-you like me n-noona?"
My eyes widened when someone suddenly spoke behind us. I slowly turned my back and there I saw him, Vernon. He was shocked. Minghao, then looked at him and he smirks.
"I think you two should talk. Gonna go now~", he said then he whispered at me. "Good luck Y/N~"
Minghao finally walks away and I grabbed Vernon's hands and took him into a more quite and calmer place.
"Do you really like me noona? Isn't that boy a while ago your boyfriend?", he said and I shaked my head slowly.
"No. He is just my boy bestfriend, and yes, I do like you"
"I'm glad that he is not your boyfriend because..."
He paused for a while as he takes a deep breathe then he spoke.
"I LIKE YOU TOO NOONA! VERY VERY MUCH!", he shouted while closing both of his eyes. I laughed at how adorable he is, right now.
"Then that's nice, but do you really need to close your eyes?", I sarcastically said and he opened his eyes slowly.
"I was nervous noona, hehe", he shyly said as he scratched his nape.
"Well, I think we should tell dad and mom about this before we start dating"
"We... Will date? For real noona??"
I raises one of my eyebrows, "Yes. For real. Why? Don't like it?"
"N-no! I do... like to date you, noona", he shyly smiles while avoiding my gaze.
"That's good to hear. For now, let's just talk about this with our parents"
"Yes, we should do that first noona but, can I k-kiss your cheek?", he suddenly said which made me scoffed.
"Vernon! Be patient okay?", I said and he nodded sadly.
"Do you think mom and dad will let us be together?", he worriedly asked.
"Well, if they truly loves us, they will. Let's just show them that we truly loves each other. So, do you love me?", I said then he suddenly wrapped his hands around my waist.
"Of course, I love you noona"
"Do you really still want to call me noona?", I said and he nodded.
"How about you call me oppa?", he smirks and I rolled my eyes.
"Weird but why not?", I said then he laughs. And suddenly he kissed my cheek and ran away.
"Yaaaaaaahh!!!"
