It has almost been a year since she left. My life had been monotonous since then.
Waking up. And then waking Aarav up. Getting ready. Dropping him to school. Going to the doctor for regular checkups. And then practicing my singing. I was stopped to dance for a while.
Followed by picking Aarav up from school and then spending some time with him. Sometimes the members came to accompany us.
And then sleeping.
But today it's special as Aarav turned 7.
I woke up rubbing my eyes then shaking Aarav to wake up.
"Aarav, wake up. You'll be late." I said.

"5 minutes appa...just 5 min. I won't be late". He said still mixing his Korean and English a little bit. I laughed at the cuteness of his voice.
"But it's your birthday today baby."
"Is it? Then will mom come back?" He asked jumping up awake from the bed. His eyes filled with hope.
"I don't know." I said.
"Well, let's get ready. I'm up." He switched his language directing he's sad.
"But we are having Aakanksha and rest of the group here." I tried to make him smile saying this. I hope that works.
To which he cheered up a little.
We got ready and I dropped him to the school. He insisted on taking chocolates with him to his school saying he always took back then on his birthday. So I bought him some.
Next I was headed to the hospital for my routine check up. Hopefully they will allow me to dance this time.
You're fine now, Mr. Park Jimin. You can continue dancing.
I squealed out of happiness as I heard those words from my doctor. Henceforth, messaging everyone in the family group about my recovery.

I picked up Aarav from school. Taking him straight to the mall. Spending some time in the game zone and then heading to the shopping section. I was all in black. Some children were running away from me.
Though I was happy today. I got to dance after so long.
After finishing up the shopping, we got some takeout. Pure vegetarian as Aarav and Aakanksha aren't going to eat anyway. And I don't want them to spoil their mood. It's Aarav's birthday anyway.
"Appa cake." He squeaked. Shoot I forgot. I turned the direction of my vehicle and rushed towards the bakery. I especially told them to make an Eggless doremon cake.
As the box was transparent, Aarav was very eager to hold his doremon cake all by himself.
By the time we were home it was almost 6. I got out of the car taking Aarav into my shoulders making our way towards our home.
I was about to place the takeouts on the floor to open the door but to my surprise it suddenly opened.
Taehyung was the one opening it.
"You guys are here."
"Yup! Now Aarav come to me." He smiled as he extended his arms to take Aarav which he gladly did.
As I entered I saw everyone inside. I kept everything at the table.
Eomma and Appa were there too. Gladly they made it on time.
"Aarav every gift is on your room." Aakanksha told him something in hindi and the boy rushed towards his room.
Followed by a small squeaky voice soon after.
I was confused but everyone was having a sly smile on their faces. I not knowing what to do rushed towards Aarav's room afraid he's hurt.
As I opened the door the room was filled with big shark plushies, lots of toys, new books and stationaries.
And above of all, Aarav was sticking to a woman who was really pretty.
Really pretty that she made me cry.
"Missed me?" She asked me after leaving Aarav.
"I didn't."
"Cool. I was here to marry you but since you didn't. I'll leave."
"You don't need to leave. Jimin we disown you. Abhilasha's our daughter now." Mom said.
"Yeah!" Dad followed
"That's a threat. When to get married then? I can't live without my family." I said struggling hard not to cry or smile.
"Tomorrow. You up?" She said smiling.
"Yeah! But I need to have a talk with you. Right now." I said.
And everyone left the room taking Aarav with them closing the door in the way.
