"I'm sorry for what happene-"
"You don't have to apologize. He's right, you shouldn't be here." Putol nya agad sa sasabihin ko. Hindi ko alam kung paano ko sisimulan ang pagkain ng samgyupsal na nasa harapan namin dahil sa mood namin. Kami na lang ulit ni Sebastian ang natira dito.
"Just don't think about him. Ganon lang talaga sya dahil hindi naman talaga ako pumupunta sa mga ganitong lugar. I-Isa pa nandito lang naman ako dahil sayo. Not because I c-care for you okay? But because I just want to be around you. You s-said that you're allergic with me right? I'm j-just pestering you and this is the r-right time to d-do that."
"Dami mo agad sinabi. Come on let's just eat so you can go home." He said and he start eating that so called samgyupsal. I just let out a deep breath.
"I'll go home if you're not sick anymore. M-May lagnat ka pa."
"As you can see I'm fine. You don't have to worry." Seryosong sabi nya sa akin saka nya itinapat ang kamay nya sa may bibig ko.
"W-What?" Nahihiyang sabi ko sa kanya saka ako napatingin sa kamay nya na mas inilapit nya lang lalo sa akin. Umiwas naman ako ng tingin sa kanya bago ko kinain 'yong pagkain na nasa kamay nya. Tinakpan ko agad ang bibig ko ng kamay ko para hindi nya makita ang pag-ngiti ko.
Nakakainis sya kapag umaarte syang tao. He should act like a penguin. He's cold right?
"B-By the way, susunduin mo ba ako sa monday?" I said to him nang maalala ko ang sinabi nya kanina.
"Why would I? I'm not your boyfriend unless, you want me to be?" Napawi ang ngiti ko sa sinagot nyang 'yon.
"So you're not going to pick me up?"
"Pick you up with my bicycle?" Natatawang sabi nya sa akin.
"Why not?" Pabirong sabi ko sa kanya.
"Seriously? When did you become comfortable riding a bicycle more than a fancy car?"
"I just used to. Maybe since I met someone like you?" I just casually said to him saka ako sumubo ng pagkain.
"Silly. But if you want, I'll really pick you up with my bicycle." Natatawang sabi nya sa akin kaya napatingin ako sa kanya.
He's really ready to be tired just to pick me up. Hmnn, well that's kinda sweet. Di ko mapigilan na mapatawa sa sarili ko.
Parang kanina lang naiinis ako dahil sa mga sinabi sa akin ni Gray pero ngayon? I don't know, Sebastian turn my mood up side down. Ang gulo masyado para isipin ko pa kung paano nya nagagawa ito sa akin.
"Huwag mo na ako sunduin. I'm just joking." I said while I can't still really stop myself from smiling.
"Why? Tsk, I guess you're just pretending that you like my bicycle huh?"
Actually, it's not the bicycle anymore Sebastian and I hate what's going on my head right now!
"I just think about your legs. Paano ka pa makakapag-skate kung pagod ka na? Just used your full energy on the competition. Kapag natalo ka hindi na kita kaylanman papanoorin. I hate loosers." I said to him.
"If that's what you want. But make sure that you will not be late. I'll reserve a seat for you."
"You'll reserve a s-seat for me?"
"Yeah. You're my only supporter. My parents are not here so, just pretend that you're my Mom." Halos masamid ako sa sinabi nyang 'yon.
"What?! M-Me as y-your Mom?"
"Why? Ano ba ang gusto mo? As my girlfriend? Well, if that's what you want pwede naman." He seriously said saka sya sumubo ng pagkain. Halos bumalik ang pagkain sa bibig ko nang marinig ko 'yon sa kanya.
"S-Stop!" I shouted at him while my eyes are close.
"Why are you shouting? You're in front of the food."
"Ikaw kasi! Nakakainis ka. Pwede bang bumalik ka na lang sa dati? Yong laging nakasimangot at tahimik? H-Huwag ka nang mag-pick up lines. N-Natataranta ako sayo!" Naiinis na sabi ko sa kanya habang ibinubuhos ang inis ko doon sa lettuce saka ko nilagyan 'yon ng karne at idineretso sa bibig ko.
I just heard him laugh. Lalo akong nainis.
"And also that. Stop laughing or even smiling. You're messing me every time you do that such kind of hella thing."
"You always say that but I end up smiling because you make me smile on such kind of hella thing." Pamimilosopo nya at nakita ko nanaman ang ngiti nya. His dimple is waving at me again.
"Did I really make you smile? Am I the r-reason of that....ahmnnn, you know?" I asked him out of nowhere while pointing his curved lips. I should ask him this, pinaka-ayaw ko pa naman sa lahat ay 'yong hindi ako mapakali sa isang bagay. Isa pa ay gusto kong malaman ang sagot nya. I don't want to be a assuming.
"If I say yes would you continue to do the things that make me smile?" Natatawang sabi nya sa akin. I don't know why he's like this but I think he's enjoying the moment that I look like a fool asking him this kind of questions.
"Don't answer me with a question Sebastian." I seriously said to him.
"Seb."
"H-Huh?" Naguguluhan na sabi ko sa kanya dahil hindi ko sya maintindihan.
"Just call me Seb instead of Sebastian."
"Tsk! Iniiwas mo ang tanong ko."
"From now on, just call me Seb." I pout my lips over him. It looks like he won't really going to answer me.
"I'm not going to call you Seb. Yon na ang tawag sayo ng lahat. I want to call you Sebastian, I don't care kung mahaba tutal ako naman ang mahihirapan. I'll call you on the way I want." I said but I just answer by a bunch of food from his hands. Sapilitan ko tuloy naibuka ang bibig ko dahil doon.
Nakakainis nanaman sya!
"You want to be special huh? If that so, I'll continue calling you Carleigh." He said and I saw how he form his lips to a smirk.
"Just call me Jade. No one calls me by that name."
"Exactly." Nakangiting sabi nya habang enjoy na enjoy parin doon sa pagkain nya.
"I never thought that you're this type huh? Mukhang padaldal ka ng padaldal." I said to him kaya napatigil sya sa pagkain.
"I'm not the type of guy that you think Carleigh." He said seriously. Gusto kong matawa dahil sa sinabi nya. I wonder why the others think that this guy in front of me is such a cold and statue type of guy. Maybe at first well, I thought too but I notice that he's starting to break the walls.
"You know what? Feeling ko hindi ka naman talaga cold at masungit. Gusto mo lang ng ganong image kasi cool at alam mo na type ko ang mga misteryosong lalaki. Tell me, you did that on purpose right?" I seriously asked him but I was surprised when he answer me with a laugh. Tsk! Mukhang magaling na magaling na sya sa lagay nyang 'to!
"What's funny?"
"I'm sorry. You're just so funny!" Natatawang sabi parin nya habang pinupunusan ang gilid ng mata nya dahil mukhang maiiyak na sya sa kakatawa nya. I can't stop myself not to frown.
He makes me feel so embarrassed!
I feel offended. May mali ba sa sinabi ko?
"What's with that face?" I heard him said but I just ignore him and focused on my food.
"Hey! I was just teasing you." He said while still trying his self not to burst in laugh. How can he manage to laugh while I'm asking a serious damn question? No one dares to do that in front of me.
"It's not funny! Nothing's funny Sebastian! I hate you!"
"I'm sorry. I didn't mean t-"
"You always pull a prank at me. You always tease me and make me look like a fool. Tell me, am I big joke to you?" I said to cut what he's going to say.
"I'm sorry, it's just that teasing you is the joy of my lif-" Hindi nya tinuloy ang sasabihin nya. Sa halip ay tinanggal nya lang ang plastic sa kamay nya at pinisil nya ang pisngi ko. I almost slipped from my seat when I felt his soft and hot hands on my cheeks. Hindi ko man lang nagawang umangal sa ginawa nya.
"I mean, you're annoying face makes me smile. This is the reason of my happiness. Your crumpled face Carleigh, that's the trigger of my laughters. Did I answer your question now?" He said with a smile. And because of that, I know I look like a tomatoes. I can feel my heated cheeks and even I don't look at the mirror, I know I'm red as hell.
"I think yes. And it looks like you're done with your food. I should bring you home. It's getting late." He said at nakita kong tumayo na sya sa kinauupuan nya. But before he could pass me, I hold his hands to stop him. Mariin kong naipikit ang mata ko dahil sa ginawa ko.
"You don't have to. I'll just get a cab or call my driver. You can't ride a bike-"
"Who told you that I'm going to use my bike? We're going to take a cab." He said seriously and I just saw him enter his room. Sinundan ko naman sya at nakita kong kumukuha sya doon ng damit.
"I can manage. I think I should call my driver instead."
"I insist since you did a great job taking care of me. I should make sure that my nurse will be at home safely." He said seriously while still facing his cabinet. I took that chance to smile because he won't see me. Napawi lang 'yon nang maalala ko na may sakit sya.
"But are you really fine?" I said and walk towards him to check him. But before I could touch his neck I saw his bare back.
What the hell?!
"I'm totally fine." He said seriously saka sya humarap sa akin. Gusto kong takpan ang mata ko nang makita ko kung gaano kaganda ang nasa tyan nya but my hands are like paralyzed. I can't move and I can't even lift my stares to his face like it was glued on the snow balls in his tummy.
This ice prince in front of me, he's so hot!
Oh my gosh!
"Done checking me? Should I wear my clothes now?" Parang nagising naman ako nang marinig ko ang boses ni Sebastian. Napatalikod agad ako sa kanya dahil sa sobrang hiya.
Why did I do?!
"Assuming ka masyado! I'm not checking you kapal talaga ng mukha mo!" I said at lumabas na ng kwarto nya bago pa ako may makitang mas malala sa kanya.
I let out a deep breath when I finally get out of there. My hands automatically goes to my chest and tried to stop my heart from beating harshly like it's going to jump out of my chest.
Arghhh!!! I hate this feeling!
Why am I feeling this?
"Hayst! Don't tell me Jade you're falling for that man?" I hissed to myself but I just shook my head on that thought.
"No, it can't be!"
