- The reader somewhat magically got transported in Camilo's timeline. Reader is from 2022
"Did it work..?" You opened one eye to see yourself around trees and bushes. You were covered in dust and mud. Um, how'd that happen?
Well...
You and your friends were walking around the street when you guys saw a mysterious looking man with a suspicious neckless that he was handing for free.
And why would you guys go there? Man, it's 2022 lots of things have happened for the past 2 years let the 'kids' be teens for once.
You and your friends had to play rock paper scissors on who will get it, childish right?
But in the end you won.
He mentioned something about whatever you think in your mind while meditating in your room, you will be taken there and live there for the rest of your life.
BUT WHO CARES? You always wanted to be shifted in your favorite animes and movies this is a chance!
But what happens if it's rigged? Y'know just throw it in the trash, it looked like fake gold anyways.
So later that night, you sat in your room almost midnight. It was like your preparing to summon a demon.
You started to think on what place to travel. Then the thought of Encanto came in.
The new movie that released in 2021. You watched the movie and damn you were attached to the soundtracks.
The animation and introductions were so cool, but one character caught your eye and your heart.
Camilo Madrigal.
That funny but a literal gentleman in the movie caught your eye.
You we're now deep in thought. Feeling some wind go pass through your hair. And then, a flash comes.
And that's where your here now.
"Did I do it wrong? The teleportation part seemed to be correct but this area definitely doesn't look like Encanto to me"
You stood up, slipping a bit from the mud but manage to gain your balance. "Wait no.. this does look like Encanto.. Shit why's it so dark"
You started walking, following the night lights.
Was this the first part in Antonio's night? I gotta see this! But you didn't wanna look like a complete hooligan walking around La Casita being all dirty.
You sat by the street hearing the loud music from casita booming out. 'Great I couldn't even experience witnessing someone getting magic, just my luck'
Then, there was a tap on your shoulder causing you to turn back quick enough ready to beat someone's ass and accuse them for harassing you, but only to get flustered seeing the Camilo Madrigal standing behind you.
"OHMYGOSH-"
You covered your eyes, hands fidgeting a bit. "OKAY- OKAY Uhm!.. Right Encanto is based off colombia so.. Do you speak english??"
He looks at you confused.
"Qué? no te entiendo"
You groaned feeling a bit embarrassed, "Nevermind then.."
He then starts to laugh "I'm just kidding senorita, we all speak English here"
Camilo then starts to eye you from head to toe "What happened to you?"
"Well, I just closed my eyes feeling chill and all then somewhat got transported on an area filled with bushes with dim lights"
"Looks like it, your all covered in mud" He takes your hand leading you two up the hill to their house.
"I think everyone is in Antonio's room, he's my little brother by the way" He lets you in the door first, what a gentleman.
"Yeah Antonio Madrigal the little kid who could speak to animals" You tried really hard not to get distracted to easily. Casita looked so much prettier in person, so is Camilo.
"Tia Julieta?" Camilo called still holding your hand in.
It wasn't obvious for them but deep inside you tried so hard not to squeal. Firstly, the 3D boy who was made for a kids show that you had a unexpected crush on is literally holding your hand! AND HE'S REALISTIC.

"Y-yeah I am, so is your Tia here?" You asked swatting away the thoughts you thought about earlier.
"She's coming, she just had to take Mirabel in her room. She'll be here in the while, anyways do you want some water?"

Before we walked away to get some, he turns to you "You never got to tell your name to me, or should I just call you mine?"
You stopped looking at him, blushing.
"Kidding, kidding! Now go on hermosa, name"

"Great, agua for senora Y/n!"
You smiled like an idiot as he went to get you your water. Who knew you would fall in love more with him?
"Sobrino, I'm here- Oh! You must be the girl Camilo told me about, oh dear your all dirty where are your parents?"

"I mean- They left me in Encanto since I was 5"
"What!? Where have you been living then?? You must be really starving with the minimum food you might have over the past years of your life!"
"I um.. Lived with some families in Encanto..? But like- I heard they were planning on kicking me out so I- Y'know ran away"
"You poor thing, here eat this Arepa they could heal some injuries in your body" She handed the newly cooked food.
Arepa con queso.
The smell of the food is so addicting, you could infact smell the cheese in.
You took a bite and instantly melted on how good it taste. You also felt small tingles around your body. You checked your scars and they were all gone.
"Wow.."
"I'm back!" Camilo ran in with water on his hand, "Sorry there was a minor issue that I had to help with"
"Camilo don't run you'll trip!"
"Hehe, sorry Tia" He sheepishly says before holding the water in front of you.
Gosh he's so attractive.
You thanked him before drinking it whole.
"I'll talk to mama about your situation, for now how about you live here?" She says with a sweet smile.
Your eyes glistens. "I'll be so honored senora Julieta"
She laughs heartedly "Camilo, go to the nursery and call on Mirabel to help her get clean, it might ease her mind after the event that happened earlier"
"Will do! But in return wont you give your cute nephew extra food tomorrow.."
"Whatever Camilo just take her safely"
He whispered a little 'Yes!' before the two of you went upstairs.

"Wait, your from the future??" Camilo asks for the 12th time that night. After you took a nice bath, you decided to tell Mirabel and Camilo the real reason on how you got transported here.
Except for the just wanted to meet Camilo part.
"Camilo she literally said yes all the time" Mirabel says, "How's life in 2022? Wow even saying it is still unbelievable"
"We have this thing called Corona Virus, or Covid19 for short or something. It started somewhere in the first months for 2019 and it had been four years"
"And people got infected as soon as it started to spread?!"
"Well it's their fault for not wearing a mask outside"
"I didn't notice earlier but you did wear a 20's style right?"
"Yup! The latest fashion in 2022!"
You told them everything, and the two were really Invested. Mirabel was interested in a game called Toca Boca since you said you could rob people and customize your character.
And Camilo wanted to play the game Roblox.
You checked to see if your phone was brought with you, and luckily it was there. But what shocks you the most was that there was wifi, and it was full green bars!
"No way Encanto has wifi!?" You exclaimed. Camilo and Mirabel was mesmerized on your technology.
"A real.. Phone, it's so shiny" Mirabel holds it as she tested out on swiping the screen. "Hey I wanted to play first!" Camilo and Mirabel started to have a cousins quarrel.
"Hey hey hey! Use my phone until 60% I'm not sure if there's any chargeable outputs here"
"Alright!" The two said in unison.

"Y/n here, will be staying with us but in return she will be also helping us in our daily chores" Abuela says as everyone on the table listened, including you.
You sat in between Mira and Camilo. Mirabel was happy but looked like she was in a rush. Camilo on the other hand was just excited to use your phone again.

He started to scroll down, "Who's Tom Holland? Your brother?"

Ex crush. You laughed inside telling little lies to satisfy yourself.
"Can I press his album?" He asked waiting for your reply. "Sure go ahead"
He started to check the pictures, "Man he has 8 packs! He must be really strong!! And a red clown costume"
You started laughing, "pfft It's not a clown costume, It's his spideysuit"
"Spideysuit? That sounds weird"
"I'll let you watch a movie so you'll understand"
"Movie?" He asked.
The more he explores, the more he gets confused or felt something new.
He then checks more of your apps, "Whats wattpad? And Ao3?"
You snatched your phone back "ALRIGHT ENOUGH PHONE FOR THE DAY- HEY MARIANOS GONNA COME RIGHT? RIGHT NOW LETS FINISH OUR WORKS BEFORE THEY ARRIVE"

In the end, you felt in peace living in Encanto. You helped around and grew friendships with the family, well not all since you didn't wanna get too close with Alma.
It all worked out alright :))
