Advitya POV
I am panting because of intense burning sensation in my mouth . I can't believe Adhya has done this.
I took whole chocolate bar in mouth.
She has put so much chilli in the food. That's so childish of her. I know she doesn't like Arun but Neelakshi! She trained her all these days. I am so disappointed with Adhya.
Thup thup! I heard knock on the door.
I know it's Adhya!
I don't want to open the door.
"Sir! Please open the door! I am sorry." I heard her saying.
"Just go from here"! I said.
"Please, listen to me once , i am very ashamed"! She said
This made me angry even more.
I then opened the door. I saw her standing ,
"You leave Adhya!" I said
"But please take this cold water and honey". She said..
"I already had chocolate"! I said.
"A...are you ok"! She asked.
I saw her for few moments then i keep moving. I started descending stairs with a Speed.
"Sir! Wait!please". She tried to match my pace.
I didn't listen, she was literally running on stairs and then she came next to me. I kept on descending when i heard a yell.
she skipped a step.
"Adhya"!! I shouted...
I immediately supported her ,engulfed her in protective embrace. we flipped at a corner where She might contact railing but before her back make a contact i put my hands. She clutched my shirt, her eyes were closed in fear.
Advitya you might have hurt her today she might have fallen from stairs. This thought made me feel breathless. I saw her innocent fearful face, i hugged her as my life depends on her. I caressed her back.
After some moments we drifted apart. She was still shaking.
"Come with me." i said warmly to her.
She nodded!
Then i guided her to outside towards car. Soon i started driving.
We reached a spot. Where there are so many beggars on street.
I stopped the car. I pressed the window button and said
" Do you see these beggars! Most of them are hungry from days". She saw me in confusion.
"Look at them Adhya. Feel their pain. Do you know how it feels when you are hungry from days. When i was in army, i went for a mission. while coming back to the camp i lost my way, i was stranded alone in forest for days. Without food and safe drinking water."
I paused for a while..then i continued.....
"Today you mixed chilli in the food so that they can't eat the food. That means you disregarded the food and if they left the food in the plate you might have threw it in dustbin!. Right"?
I saw hanging her head down. I know she was guilty.
I drove back the car and started leading our way to our home.
"I am sorry"! She said in low voice.
I didn't reply.
"It was childish of me to behave that way. They told me that...""
"Whatever they told you Adhya, that doesn't give you reason to waste food like this." I cut her before she complete her sentence.
Then we reached home and departed our ways to respective rooms without any further conversation.
Adhya POV
I couldn't sleep whole night in guilt. What i did was wrong. How can I stoop so low. I wasted the food which many people craved. Advitya annoyed with me for right reasons. He went office early this morning. He left no note for me. This makes me sad.
My thoughts riverine got broken when i heard the mobile ring.
I recieved the call.
"Hello! (Pause). Hi Naaz! (Pause)! Oh great! When.. (pause). Ok , i will ask Advitya.( Pause)... You too dear .
Bye"!!.
And i hung up the call.
"So Naaz has invited me and Advitya for the dinner at her home.
Should I tell Advitya now"! No let him come in the evening.
Meanwhile I should brush up my forensic science skills. I don't know why Sarin sir has told me not to tell Advitya about me being a forensic expert. He said i should perform my duties in silence without letting him know.
Advitya POV.
It's time to go home. I put my bag in car and start driving. Today
I came to office without letting her know. I had an important meeting today and most probably my deal with Siddiquis will be finalised in a day or two ,then i have to leave for the Amsterdam. I am relieved Adhya now know basics of martial arts and know how to use pistol.
With all these thoughts i reached home.
I entered the house and saw Adhya was sitting in sofa chair and reading newspaper. She stood up when she saw me. I started leading my way to stairs when i heard her voice.
"Umm... Will you have dinner today"?she asked.
I nodded without looking back. I then went into the room and change my clothes. After freshen up i came down stairs. She is placing the items on dining table.
I came and sit on one of the chair. She did the same. Then she start serving me.
"I will serve myself". I told her.
She nodded. And she breathed deeply.
After serving food in our plates we start eating in silence. I saw her plate contain just one chapati. She needs to stuff more. Why she eat so less.?
"Eat more Adhya! This is very less!" I said
"Huun?? "
I stare her.
She made an eye contact.
"I don't feel like eating". She said in low voice .
"You should eat more. You will lose wait. Which is not good". I said
I then put one more chapati on her plate.
"Eat!" I ordered her.
She then start eating.
Soon I finished my food. I got up to place the plate in sink when i heard her voice.
"Sir!"
I stopped at my place.
"Naaziya called today. She asked me to come her place tomorrow". She said.
"Well that's great.. when did she call?" I asked.
"In the morning". She said
"You must go"! I said.
"She invited us on dinner". She said.
"Ok then we will go". i replied.
Time skipped...
Next day evening..
Adhya POV
I am ready for the dinner at Siddiqui house. Advitya told me to be ready by the time he reached home. He must be coming. I am wearing red anarkali suit . I again dressed myself as a married woman. I love myself when i portray myself as his wife. I smiled while looking at the mirror. And also feeling shy for no obvious reasons. I am looking good today. Will he like me in this ! Argh what i am thinking! I blushed while keeping hands on my face.
Suddenly door bell rings..
"Who must be there! Advitya has keys with him". I thought.
Keeping all those thoughts aside, i descend the stairs to open the door.
I opened the door only to see 6 feet figure standing ;facing me; My husband The Advitya Shekhar ; all dressed up; in his glory.
Advitya POV
While searching my pocket i realised i forgot keys today. So i rang the bell. I asked Adhya to be ready by the evening. I changed my clothes in office itself. So i am all ready for the dinner evening at Siddiqui's house.
Why is she not opening the door! I thought. Before i press the ring one more time, i heard the click sound.
And the door swung open, revealing my Beautiful wife Adhya, infront of me. She was ready. I observed her shamelessly from head to toe. She is looking like a goddess in front of me. Her silky long dark brown hairs flowing freely , she is wearing red colour suit , with minimal make up. Her eyes is decorated with Kohl, she is wearing danglers in ears and a nose pin. But what i noticed the most is she is wearing nupital chain in neck and vermillion in hair partition. This signifies she is married to me! She is my wife!
She made a space to let me in. I did the same.
"I ... I .. forgot keys today! Hence press the bell". I said.
She nodded
"But you should not open the door like this. You should be attentive". I told her.
She nodded again.
Ugh! So much nodding. No voice. I thought.
"So ready to go"? I asked, may be now I can hear her voice
She nodded in agreement.
I chuckled
"What happened? Is something wrong ". She asked.
Here i got response i thought ! I chuckled again.
"A..am i looking bad or am i over dressed?" She asked.
What she is saying? I thought.
She is looking perfect ..
"Why did you think that way"? I asked..
"Because you chuckled"! She said.
"I chuckled because you were just nodding not speaking anything". I said
She made a cute O shaped lips in response.
"Besides, you look absolutely flawless"! I replied warmly. We are standing too close with each other.
I saw her going shy all of a sudden, she kept her head low. She then moved her hair strand behind her ear.
Then she made an excuse and left the place. Then came with her bag.
"Lets go". I said.
Then we made our way to Siddiquis house!
