Advitya POV
My sleep got disturbed all of a sudden. I saw the timing. It's 12:20 am. I went to the loo. Now I am feeling hungry.
May be something is kept in kitchen! With that i opened the door. Before i could go outside, i saw sleeping form of Adhya!
Why is she sleeping here?
Because you won't let her inside your room! My mind says
What is this drama! What she wants to prove That she is some doting wife.
"Adhya"! I shrugged her.
She immediately stood up.
"What are you doing here! "
"Umm.. i am "
"Well go to ur room"! I said
"But!"
"No buts! Go to your room! You are invading my privacy". I replied.
"You want something!" She asked
"No! Now please go"! I replied.
"I will get anything from downstairs, whatever you wanted".. she replied.
Why isn't she understanding! She is irritating me! I closed my eyes to calm my mind. I then took her hand firmly and started walking towards her room.
"Sir !! What are you doing"! She asked.
I didn't reply. I entered her room with her and leave her hand near her bed. Then move out and closed the door from outside.
I didn't hear any resistance..
I then went downstairs! I searched kitchen. Then searched fridge. Food was there. It's khichdi. The food was untouched. Hasn't she eaten dinner! I thought. I took some khichdi in bowl and put it in microwave. After that I ate that. It was delicious as usual.
While coming back to my room i saw lights are off in her room. She is slept. I thought
I checked the time. It's 1:00 am. I too lie on bed.
Adhya POV
Sleep is far from my eyes! I cannot go outside as it is locked.
Thubb..!!
I heard some movement in balcony. As if someone jumped into it.
I soon got up. I saw a figure. I closed my mouth from my hands, in fear. Who is it? This can't be Advitya sir. I thought.
I took no time and went below the bed. I saw two pairs of shoes entering my room. I can't do anything my whole set up is destroyed yday. Is he the intruder.?
My thoughts got broken when i saw he started talking to someone on phone.
"I have entered the room! But no one is inside. Yes I have checked the bathroom also." (Pause)
"Ok i am coming outside!! Get Advitya Shekhar! His so called wife not in her room".
Sudden chill ran in my spine. Advitya's life is in danger! I thought. What do I do!
Advitya POV
With some disturbance i opened my eyes and saw a person showing pistol towards me.
"Hello Shekhar! How are you"? Man asked
I startled for a sec then composed myself! "Ready to thrash you". I answered back.
He laughed hysterically and then said "i never knew you are that Brave ! Get up this instant!"
He made me do that while pointing pistol on me!
Suddenly his phone ring!
"Get her! What are you waiting"! He said (Pause).
"What! She is not in room! Have you checked bathroom"? (Pause).
"Ok i am taking him downstairs! You come there too." (Pause).
"Ok i will open it". Then he hung up
"Where is your beautiful wife Advitya? Have you sent her somewhere? We wanted to see her and make her do things which you don't like"? He said
I fisted my fingers in anger. But What is he talking about. Adhya is not in room.? I myself has locked her in the room. May be she is hiding.
My thoughts riverine got broken when i saw him yelling.
"What are you waiting! Keep going".. he pointed pistol on me and i started moving. I wish they don't find Adhya.
"Wait. He said. Then he opened Adhya's room. And another intruder come outside. "There is no one inside". Second intruder said. I took breath of relief. Where are you Adhya! I thought
Then they took me downstairs on pistol's point.
"Advitya Shekhar sign the documents". Ist intruder said.
What are these ! I asked
"Deal papers in which it is written you want to cancel the previous deal with your new collaboration! He said. Oh they are mafia's men who lost the deal.
"I won't". I replied.
"You won't"? He replied.
"No"! I said
"Ok !Call her wife"! He said to another man.
"Let her know his husband is with us!" He smirked.
I felt sudden chill in my system With his announcement.
"She... Is not at home!" I declared
"No problem! We call her wherever she is. When we tell her you are with us, she has to come". Ist man announced.
They snatched my mobile and tried to unlock it.
He took my hand and pressed my thumb over the mobile lock. I felt so bloody helpless. Then they dialled Adhya's number.
Adhya POV
Should i come out! He must have left. I kept on thinking while hiding below the bed.
Suddenly my phone rings!
Advitya sir calling!!...
I took the call immediately, he must be trying to contact me.
"Sir! There is intruder in our home. And they were in my room. I went in hiding. Just be safe"! I said
"Oh well well!! Unfortunately Dear your husband who is your sir by the way is with us. And if you want him to be safe, you will come downstairs. Right now!" The intruders said.
What have I done! I thought. Their words are ringing in my ears like a Strom.
"Do not come Adhya!" I heard Advitya sir's yelling in background.
Then i heard a smash!
Did they??
"No!! No.. Dont do anything, i am coming"! I said
"You better be"! Intrude said.
I took no moment and ran downstairs.
Advitya POV
"Look look who is coming"! Ist Intruder siad.
What the hell. I told her not to come. I clenched my jaw in annoyance.
I saw Adhya coming downstairs!
"You have a beautiful wife"! He came near to the Adhya. Second Intruder said.
"Don't you dare to touch her!" I said.
"What will you do if i dare"! Ist intruder said.
"You don't want to know!" I speak while gritted my teeth.
Suddenly i made an eye contact with Adhya.
She was not looking afraid. Then she stride towards me unexpectedly and sprayed the chilli bottle all over intruder's face. She then did the same to second Intruder. I meanwhile took the hold of pistol and kicked him on the abdomen.
The second man while rubbing his eyes captured Adhya's Hand. She kicked him and ran towards me. Its now my turn.
I thrashed them like mats. I was keep on beating them with my punches. They are by now bleeding. I asked Adhya to call police. She did the same. After beating them, when i found them unconscious, police entered the house. I told them about them also told them it was that mafia. They took them in custody and registered my report. They registered the case on their boss also. I called my manager to look after every and help the police. After that they left. I saw Adhya she was standing in the corner. Looking tensed. After closing the door, i went near her. She was looking towards ground. I touched her shoulder. She saw me. Her eyes were moist. Out of nowhere she hugged me & started crying. I couldn't able to stop myself, i hugged her back. Then caressing her back
"Adhya they have left! They are in police custody. Calm down". I said warmly.
She is crying continuously with hiccups. "Adhya!! You have done a great job. I never knew chilli spray could help us."
She then see me. I put the hair strand behind her ear. I scanned her face. It's wet because of tears. I wiped the tears and made her sit on the chair. I then gave her water. She drank it whole. I saw her relaxing.
"Lets go!get some sleep". I said.
She nodded.
We started moving upstairs. She was was beside me. I saw her placing one hand on her head and other on stairs railing. Before i could understand she started falling,
"Adhya"!! I screamed. I held her closed to my chest. She fainted.
"Adhya"! I lifted her & placed her on my bed.
I sprinkled water on her face. She regained consciousness. I checked her forehead. It's cold. Her hands and feet both are cold too. I covered her with blanket.
She slept when she recieved warmth.
I dimmed the light and settled myself on sofa. I took the side of sofa which was facing Adhya's bed.
I was watching her sleeping form.
My fragile doll!! I won't let anyone harm you. !!!!!!....
