After I've finished the track I was working on, I went home. It was already dark outside and I am exhausted. When I was about to park my car, I see Joshua's car already. Ah, he's already home.
I went up to the front door to open it. After doing so, I entered the house and locked it up afterwards. I took off my shoes and head in
"You're home late today. Got a lot of works ?" Joshua asked
"Yuppp. Gotta finish up a track cause Jihoon wanted to check up on all of the ones I've done tomorrow. I'm beat" I plopped down onto the couch
"Guess you're having it hard today eh ?" he asked as he sat down beside me
"Have you eaten ?" He added
"I haven't yet. You ?" I turned to him
"I haven't either. I just got home like an hour ago and I'm still exhausted" said Joshua
"Let's just order some food I guess ??? Since both of us are exhausted anyways" I said to him
"Agreed" said Joshua with a smile
Both of us then chose whatever we wanted to eat. After we've finished ordering food we've chatted quite a lot. It felt relieving when he said everything's starting to go on easier on him. On the other hand, mine's starting to get harder and harder
"You're also starting to get more and more busy huh ?" Joshua chuckled
"Yeah, it's tough... This is actually one of the reasons why I was a bit doubtful to take up this job" I sighed
"But at least you are having fun right ?" he asked, a bit worried
"Luckily I am. Though it gets stressful most of the time especially when I am just starting up. Suddenly I was given a big ass responsibility from those three which pressured me a lot" I threw my head back
"You're just adjusting to it don't worry ! I'm sure you'd do just well" said Joshua with a smile
"Thank you for the reassurance. Would be needing that since they wanted to check out on my works tomorrow" I frowned
"I'm sure everything's gonna turn out just fine. You're a diligent worker, so I'm pretty sure that everything's gonna be just fine" he pat my head softly
"Again, thank you" I smiled at him
"Ah, how's your assistant ? I mean, is she a big help to you ??" I asked
"She's still a bit slow, but she's starting to catch up on how stuff works in the company luckily" he replied
"That's a relief" I smiled
Both of us continued on catching up since it seriously has been a while ever since we were able to. We've been so caught up on work that we've barely even had any time to talk with each other to be honest.
We talked about struggles during working and all. Honestly, we've never really do these kind of stuffs since we used to work under the same space and we basically know whatever problems we'd go through since it's visible. Now that we're far from each other every single day, we've realized how inconvenient it is when we aren't together. But it is what we've chosen so there's no use on bringing it up.
After we've had our dinner and all, we headed to our own rooms and decided to rest for the night. Come to think of it, it's almost half of a year already yet we've never slept in the same space except for that one time and when we were visiting my parents' house.
Maybe now we should be doing so. After all, we are married. Though it's a pain to move your stuffs and whose room should we even move to. Maybe I'll talk about it with him next morning. It's no use on overthinking it especially when both of us have works next morning. Let's give it a rest first and have a talk later on. You needed it.

We're now eating the breakfast that I prepared earlier morning in the dining room. I've been debating with myself on whether I should bring up the conversation about what I thought last night or not. But since we're married for almost half a year, I think this is really important especially if we want our relationship to be stronger.
It's now or never Sophia
I cleared my throat a bit as I turned to him
"Shua ya" I called out to him
He then looked up to me
"Yes ?" he responded
"I've been thinking that... Maybe we should sleep together starting from tonight ?" I started the conversation
"Oh ? Odd for you to talk about these kinds of stuff" said Joshua as he was surprised by that
"I mean, it's almost half a year already and we've only slept with each other for like two times only" I said to him
"True that" he responded
"So maybe we should try sleeping together, y'know just to strengthen more of our relationship. Plus, we rarely see each other nowadays because we're working at two different places" I said
"Well, I don't really mind as long as you're alright with it. You're the one that have a trauma so I don't want to make you uncomfortable" said Joshua
"But moving our stuffs could be a problem though. Whose room should we use ?" He asked
"About that, maybe we can take turns to sleep on whose room. I mean, I am also lazy to move my stuffs. Plus, if we needed some privacy we don't have to worry either" I suggested
"Well, that doesn't sound bad. It's more convenient for us too so I'm up to it" he smiled
"So starting from tonight ?" he asked
"Yup !" I replied
"Alright then. You're sure with it though ?? I mean, you do have bad experiences before and I'm kind of worried that it might trigger it" said Joshua, implying that it might reminded me on whatever the hell I went through back in the days
"Well it would be hard for me but I'll manage ! After all, I know you're not that kind of guy" I smiled
"I'm touched'" he chuckled
"But thank you for trusting me Sophia. I appreciate it" he smiled back
"Well that's a relationship is all about. Trust and love" I chuckled
"True that" he responded
