Kuroko x Reader (Pinky Swear)

You got a phone call from an unknown number while you're on your home doing.... Well, nothing!
"Hello?" You answered the phone after ringing three times
"Is this (L/N), (Y/N)?" You heard a voice of an old woman coming through the other line
"Um.. Yes. Who is this?"
"I am a made of Kuroko's residence. Tetsuya-sama says he wanted to see you. He is sick by the way" without another word you ended the call and went to his house.
You didn't even knock on his door and just went to his room. You saw him lying in bed with blankets covering his entire body.
"Tetsu-kun?" You walked towards him and checked his temperature.
"M.....mom?" He mumbles to his self.
"Ummm. No. It's me (Y/N)" you looked at him with pity. He still looks for her mother even after she left him.
"Oh....." He faced the other way and you just let out a small sigh. You went downstairs and get his food. When you went back you saw him hugging his knees while crying
"Tetsu!" You hurriedly ran towards him and put the food down.
"(Y/N)! I thought you left me!" He grabbed your wrist and hug you tightly.
You pat his back and hug him back. He have this time when he's really sick that he don't want anyone to leave him. He had this fear when his mother left him when he was sick too.
"I'm here for you." You reassuringly said to him
"Thank you for being a nice friend" his words struck your heart.
"Yeah.... Friend.." You don't know if you're suppose to be happy or sad because he treats you as a friend. You like him but you're afraid to lose him.
"You can sleep now. I'll stay here" you let go of the hug and pushed him lightly to his bed. You were about to take the food back outside when he held your hands.
"Where are you going?" He asked with his innocent face
"Outside." You didn't mean to be rude to him but you're just a bit irritated because he can't see you as anything but friend.
"B... But... I thought you'll s.. stay?" He tried to get up but you pushed him back
"I'll be back. Don't worry" you smiled to him but his grip just tightened
You heard small sobs so you lifted his face and you saw him crying.
"What... Why are you crying?" You ask him and you felt nervous.
"Y.. You'll leave me....." He said to you and wiped his face but the tears just keep falling.
"I won't! Oh I'll just stay here!" You sat down on the edge of his bed and smiled at him
"Promise?"
"Yes"
"Can I ask you one more favor?"
"Hmm? Sure, what is it?" You looked at him with a curious face
"Can you stay with me forever?" He smiled and crawled near you. His face just inches away from yours.
"W...what? I..is that a confession?" You tried to hide your blushing face but he just held both your hands preventing you from covering your face
"Call it what you want" you composed yourself and faced him
"S...sure. I'll stay with you"
"Promise?"
"Yeah"
"Pinky swear?" You smiled a bit from his actions but you nodded and hold his pinky that's alreadyup in the air
"Pinky swear."
