Izuru looked at his wedding ring,to most it would be perfect,gold coated with a diamond crested around and finally a bright red ruby at the centre.
On the outside it looked absolutely stunning but in reality; it needed constant polishing,it was too tight, sometimes Izuru wished he could just take it off.
Funny that's exactly how Izuru felt about his marriage.

Being married to world famous business man and billionaire Nagito Komaeda is an absolute dream.
Izuru doesn't have to do much Nagito would always spoils him regardless,using gifts,
expensive trips around the world anything Izuru wanted Nagito would give him.
Yet why does he still feel empty inside? Why does he feel like its all one big lie? Why can't he just feel happy?
As Izuru was deep in thought he almost missed a phone call,he snapped out of it after a couple of seconds and glanced at the caller ID.
He rarely smiles but this time he had to,it was his twin brother Hajime. They rarely talked so he cherished the times they did.

Izuru knew he overreacted,to tell you the truth Izuru never reacts at all so today was a surprise.
He looked at his ring one last time,seeimg his reflection with tears in his eyes. His mascara was was all smudged and his strawberry red lipstick was everywhere
"No,Hajime is wrong me and my husband we've been doing better and we're sticking together" Izuru wiped away his tears and smiled and started to cook dinner

The rain fell heavily on the streets of Hope's peak. Nagito Komaeda was humming a song,happy to get home to Izuru. In all honesty he didn't think he'd be with Izuru,in school the man was always intimidating to most and very unapproachable only being close to his twin brother Hajime Hinata.
"Hajime,just saying your name brings back memories" Nagito chuckled "it doesn't matter though because I have Izuru. Izuru my husband and we're sticking together
In the past Nagito and Hajime were bestfriends,the albino would have confessed to him but being the coward he is he didn't.
To make it worse Hajime was trying to set Nagito up with his brother Izuru,his heart broke but now that his older his glad he married Izuru.
He was a safer choice,ultimate hope he could do anything which is handy especially with having Nagito's talent of luck.
Nagito should be grateful,he is grateful and made sure to show it with gifts and yet his heart hurt looking at Izuru and it doesn't help that he looks exactly like his brother.
Opening the door Nagito was welcomed by the sweetest aroma bagel! His absolute favourite food.
He was so excited he forgot to hang his wet rain coat at the door step and put his muddy shoes away.
Izuru was so busy trying to make everything perfect that he didn't notice a presence behind him.
Nagito wrapped his slender arms around his husband making him flinch.
"You incompetent idiot" Izuru rolled his eyes smiling slightly "You almost ruined my surprise dinner"
Nagito laughed and hugged Izuru tighter, Izuru smiled looking at Nagito's lips,the albino did the same and yet neither moved.
Izuru sighed and removed himself from Nagito's embrace,making him panic.
"I'm sorry I didn't kiss you because I'm all wet from the rain and-..."
"Your shoes " Izuru looked down at the muddy foot prints leading to the kitchen
"Huh?" Nagito blinked in confusion "Wait the shoes can wait Izuru I need to apologise I-.."
"As usual just give me the dirty shoes,I'll clean them up" Izuru sighed "like how you toss my heart around"
"Izuru what are you-..?"
"Toss your dirty shoes in my washing machine heart" Izuru interrupted feeling his heart hurt
"Baby-" Nagito began
"Bang it up inside" Izuru smiled
Nagito looked closely at his husband "Your not wearing your usual lipstick-"
"I thought maybe we would kiss tonight that's why" Izuru finished
"Baby" Nagito wrapped his arms around Izuru "Will you kiss me already and-..?"
"Toss your dirty shoes in my washing machine heart" Izuru unwrapped himself from Nagito and felt tears roll down his cheeks
"Baby" Nagito looked at his husband feeling his pain
"Bang it up inside!" Izuru sobbed in his hands
"Baby-" Nagito whispered
"Though I've closed my eyes" Izuru looked at his reflection and instantly saw Hajime looking back instead of his own"I know who you pretend I am"
Nagito's eyes widden and looked at Izuru now seeing Hajime too "You know who I pretend you are?"
"Do mi ti" Izuru cried harder "Why not me?"
"Its always been you" Nagito lied as he wiped away Izuru's tears
"Why not me?" Izuru glossy red eyes stared into Nagito's pale grey ones, he really wanted Nagito to see the truth "Why not me?"
"Izuru I-.."
"Why not me?!" Izuru hit Nagito's chest again and again crying even harder,he was hurting and had no idea how to make the pain go away "why not me Nagito why?!"
"Do mi ti" Nagito's heart broke,he finally open his eyes "Its never been you Izuru"
The pair sobbed in each others arms,their love story wasn't coming to an end because it never began in the first place.
Now it was time for the hardest part.
Letting go
They both knew it,they just didn't want to face reality.
Nagito looked at Izuru one last time and cupped his cheeks "I'm so sorry Izuru"
"I'm sorry too" Izuru whispered leaning into his touch "now go to him I'll be fine"
He didn't want to go,all rational parts of him were screaming at him to say,heck even Izuru didn't want Nagito to go but he had because if he doesn't they'll just keep hurting each other.
Sometimes life is like a book,you'll have characters that make the story sad,happy fun,boring but in the end each character makes the book memorable.
Both don't regret ever getting married or the time they spent together and because of that they were happy.
And with that,Nagito Komaeda left and Izuru Kamukura was at peace.

The ultimate hope had to do one more thing.
Dialing a number,Izuru sighed he really hoped Hajime would answer.
>Hajime: Hello Izuzu? I didn't think you'd want to talk to me after our last conversation,look I realised I was being selfish and-..<
>Izuru: You knew didn't you?<
>Hajime: What?<
>Izuru: You knew that Nagito only saw me as your replacement,that's why you kept trying to convince me to leave him<
Hajime: Izuru I did but after our phone call today I saw the love you two have and-..<

>Izuru: Why won't he chase after me?<
>Hajime: He knows you better than you know yourself<
>Izuru: Excatly so why didn't he stop me?<

>Izuru: I looked for a picture of him to keep in my pocket but I can't seem to find one where he looks happy like how I remember<

Nagito didn't know how he found himself at in a room at the world famous Monokuma Mayhem hotel,the tallest building in Hope's peak.
Yet here he is,looking down at everyone down below.
Nagito wasn't alright mentality,that's another reason why he stayed with Izuru, he was also ultimate psychologist so he helped keep Nagito's demons in check.
The voices get loud on some days he just wants to shut them up forever and something even take up the form of hallucinations. and today just happened to be one of those days
There standing right infront of was himself with a dark shadow around its body,sad empty eyes and a ghost of a smile.
"My God, I'm so lonely" Nagito chuckled
"So open the window" The other version of him pulled his wrists closer to the windows
"To hear sounds of people?" Nagito asked
"To hear sounds of people" The evil version of him nodded
You know venus, planet of love" Nagito began "was destroyed by global warming"
"Did its people want too much too?" The shadow version of Nagito smiled
"Did its people want too much?" Nagito turned to the shadow
"And-.."
"I don't want your pity! I just want somebody near me" Nagito gripped his hair in frustration "Guess I'm a coward"
"You just want to feel alright" The shadow opened up the window wider for Nagito
"And I know no one will save me" Nagito hugged himself,he could feel himself grow insane "I just need someone to kiss,
give me one good honest kiss and-.."
"You'll be alright" The evil Nagito went outside floating showing Nagito that falling won't be so bad "who will miss you?"
"Nobody?" Nagito chuckled
"Nobody" The voices comfirmed
"Nobody" Nagito whispered moving closer to the window
"Nobody" The shadow smiled
"Nobody" Nagito muttered
"Ooh, nobody Nagito" The voice couldn't be happier,Nagito was almost there
" Nobody" Nagito stared down below
"Nobody" The voice whispered "almost there"
Hajime had to hurry,Nagito wasn't answering his phone and he knew how bad Nagito's mental health is.
He had to think,where would Nagito be at a time when his at his lowest?
"What screams hope and despair?" Hajime mumbled
Instantly he got his answer and drove even faster,something was telling him to hurry before its too late.

Nagito saw his reflection on the window and traced his hand on his skinny arms "I've been big and small and big and small and big and small again"
"And still nobody wants you" The shadow laughed
"Still nobody wants me" Nagito cried now moving one leg out "And I know no one will save me" he moved it back in
"But" The voice panicked
"I'm just asking for a kiss" Nagito sobbed putting both his legs out now and sat by the windowsill "Give me one good movie kiss and-
"
Shh You'll finally be alright" Evil Nagito held both of Nagito's hands pulling him up
Hajime finally arrived and ran to the stairs, he needed to get to the highest floor even if it means going through 69 flights of stairs.

"Nobody" Nagito cried
"Nobody" The voice smiled
Hajime was halfway through already just needed to keep pushing for Nagito.
"Nobody" Nagito now stood up holding the wall for support
"Nobody" Evil Nagito clapped its hands in excitement
"Almost there" Hajime whispered out of breath "hold on for me Nagito please
"Nobody" Nagito let go of one hand while the other still supported him
"Ooh nobody" The shadow laughed
Hajime slipped and went back down a couple of steps,he could feel his body give up.
"Nobody" Nagito looked down below at everyone
"Nobody" The voice whispered in his ear
"Nobody"
He was almost there
"Nobody"
All he needed to do
"Nobody"
Was to let go
"Nobody"
Finally he'll rest
"Nobody"
Finally he'll let Izuru and Hajime rest too
"Nobody"
After all a corpse has never bothered anyone
"Nobody"
This was an easy choice

Trash like him should be grateful to go

He'll finally get to see his parents
"Nobody"
He'll finally get vistors even though it will be on his gravestone

The voices will finally be quiet

Scum like him is doing the world a favour by doing this

So why does it hurt knowing his dying all alone?

And with that final thought Nagito jumped
"No!" Hajime screamed

Nagito was ready to embrace the pain,he was more than happy to go and yet he felt his eyes get wet with tears.
"Hey its ok I got you" A comforting voice whispered "your not alone anymore"
Nagito knew that voice anywhere,it was Hajime Hinata the love of his life.
Opening his eyes Nagito was faced with a smiling Hajime.
"Hello sunshine nice of you to wake up" Hajime smiled hugging him tight "its ok now I've got you"
"Hinata-kun...I need to tell you Izuru and I we-.."
"Its ok I know" Hajime chuckled "his the reason I got here in time "
Nagito could feel himself get sleepy but before he drifted to unconsciousness he needed to confess to Hajime.
"Hinata-kun..I-.." Nagito began
"Its ok just rest its been a long day" Hajime played with the loose strands of Nagito's hair "for both of us"
"No Hinata-kun from the bottom of my heart" Nagito smiled and cupped Hajime's face "I love you and the hope that sleeps inside you"
"I..I love you too Nagito" Hajime cried silently "for once let me be selfish and be with the one I love"
Izuru watched it all with a smile on his face, he didn't think letting go of Nagito would be easy but he was glad he did it.
The two deserved each other and it would be selfish of Izuru to get in the way of their love.
Besides Izuru had a crush on the new neighbour Y/N for the first time he didn't find someone boring.
And who knows maybe just maybe Izuru could have his happy ending too.
