Author's Note: As said in previous chapter, they do not know anyone famous that much outside of France. So they know the Waynes, but not their ages, nor do they know they names before being adopted. So they only know their first names.
I slowly opened my eyes as the plane landed.
"Mari-bug! You awake?"
"I am now Chloe", I yawn
"The plane has landed. We're in Gotham", Alix informed.
Thanks to Chloe, we were able to get first class, while the rest got economy. Lila tried to get into first class by claiming we had stolen her tickets, since she told everyone that she booked the class first class.
"How?", Kim asked.
"Our tickets have our names on it", I deadpanned.
"Um...it must've not booked properly", Lila lied.
We rolled our eyes and got into our seats.
Now that we have landed, I reached over to get my luggage, but since I'm a bit shorter than average, I couldn't reach my bag at the back. I was going to ask Kim, when another hand reached up and got my bag.
"Here you go Marinette"
I looked to see Agreste, smiling and holding my bag. Ugh! I forgot his dad probably booked him first class.
"Um...thanks?", I say
"No problem", he smiles.
"What do you want Agreste?", Chloe huffed.
"Nothing, I was just helping my princess", he smirks before walking off.
"Did he just call you his princess?", Nino asked disgusted.
"I think he did", I replied.
"EWWWWW", Alix yelled.
"Just ignore him. Its probably one of Lila's plans", Chloe suggested.
I nodded as we headed out of the plane. Something was up with Adrien and it was probably something to do with Lila
Adrien's P.O.V
I don't know why I never noticed her before. She was so beautiful, kind, talented. We could be together now if she just accepts Lila. Why can't she be like me and take the high road? I know I can convince her now, since Alya told me how much of a big crush Marinette has on me. I just know she won't be able to resist me.
I left her flustered when I helped her get her bag down and called her my princess. She's already in my control.
I notice her and her friends get in the bus before us, and take the back row. If only I had been quicker, then I could've taken a seat next to her. But who cares? By the end of the trip, she will be mine.
Marinette's P.O.V
I was right! Something is wrong with Adrien. WHEN HE GOT ON THE BUS, HE SMIRKED AT ME! We're all just ignoring him. Nino was very disappointed when I told him about what Adrien did. He knows Lila is lying, but tells us to take the highroad.
We were all chatting and laughing when the bus pulled to a stop.
"Class, we are here at the hotel. You will get time to rest and freshen up. We will eat lunch here, then leave for our tour of WE", Ms Bustier announced.
We all got our suitcases out, and made our way to reception where again, there was a drama.
"They should be booked under Lila Rossi, from Paris", Lila said to the receptionist.
"I'm sorry, but there is only a reservation for 1 deluxe suite, from Paris. One of our fanciest rooms-"
"Lila did you only book one?", Alya interrupted the receptionist.
"I don't understand. There was supposed be for all of us", Lila fake cried.
We all knew that she had messed up the booking.
"I'm sorry but there seems to have been a mistake Miss Rossi", the receptionist glared, "This booking is for 5 persons, under the name Chloe Bourgeois"
"Sorry losers", Chloe snickered.
"This one is for us", I added, as we walked to the elevator.
"What? How?", Ivan asked.
"We simply booked it ourselves and now you know why", Alix laughed.
"OMG! I'm so sorry. I don't how the booking got cancelled. I booked premium rooms for all of us", Lila continued to cry.
"Don't worry about them Lila", Rose comforted her friend.
"According to my calculations, Chloe booked those rooms despite Lila being in charge of it to mock her", Max calculated.
"Those bullies are always being so jealous", Alya growled.
"Whatever you believe Alya", Nino said before we entered the elevator and made our way to our rooms.
We heard the lady at the reception, telling the class they had to wait for a while till they could book enough rooms for the class.
"Wow! This is amazing Chlo", Kim screamed when we got to our room.
The suite was truly amazing. It had one living room. Two bedrooms with a bathroom, one for the boys and the other for us girls. The suite also had a kitchen. In the living room, there was a long couch, two recliners and a television. There was also a balcony, where we could almost the entire Gotham city.
"How?", Alix asked.
"You can do anything when you have money", Chloe said, flicking her hair.
We all laughed at Chloe's actions.
"We should rest and get freshened up. We'll have plenty of time since the liar and her sheep are still getting their rooms", I say, before taking my luggage to the girls room.
After getting freshened up, we made it downstairs for lunch.
"So, did you finally get your rooms?", Kim asked the class.
"Why do you care?", Alya asked.
"Just wanna know, since Lila must've gotten you premium rooms, right?", I smirked.
"After a bit of a wait, we got the class standard rooms, which they will share with a partner", Ms Bustier told us.
"Ooh! Sucks to be you losers", Chloe laughed.
"You're just jealous of Lila!", Alya screamed.
"And why would we be jealous of her?", Alix asked.
"Because she knows alot of celebrities and is dating Damian Wayne!", Alya huffed.
"Right. And I'm Queen Elizabeth", Alix rolls her eyes.
Alya was about to say something when I cut her off.
"Come on guys lets get some food. I'm hungry", I say, pulling them away.
We got our food and sat at a separate table, when Agreste made his way to us.
"Hey! Why can't you guys just be nice to Lila? She's not hurting anyone", Adrien says.
"Not hurting anyone? Dude, they hurt us", Nino retorts.
"If you guys just accept it, and let her live her fantasi-"
"So what? We let her lie and ruin our futures. You know that our class' future is gone.", Alix angrily said.
"Just leave us alone Agreste. And don't try and give us the stupid highroad advice", Kim says.
"Marinette, why can't you just listen to me?", Adrien turns to me.
"Listen here Adrien. I don't know what you and Lila are up to me, but please stop talking to us", I state, glaring at him.
"Leave now!", Chloe demands.
Adrien gives up and makes his way back to the table. He starts talking to Alya about something.
"What do you guys think Alya told him?", I ask.
They all shrug. At this point. She could've told him anything.
We finished up our lunch and an hour later, we are standing at the entrance of Wayne Enterprises.
"Hi, I'm Richard and this is Timothy", a man introduces himself and another young adult.
"We will be leading you on this tour. We hope you are enjoying your stay in Gotham so far", the guy named Tim speaks up.
The class all give out a shout, before they start the tour. Lila started again telling obvious lies, which the tour guides just avoided. Halfway through the tour there was a bathroom break. Half the class made their way to the bathrooms, but when I got back, there was no one. I felt my phone buzz.
"Sorry Bug. We tried to stop them but Lila turned on the water works and the class got a move on. Catch up!" - Chloe
I sighed. Where was I supposed to find the class in this huge building?! They could be anywhere!
I walk around for a bit, lost, when till I finally decided to text Chloe and ask them where they are.
"Excuse me Miss. Are you lost?"
