Femi and I decided to take a night walk around and Hera said she was tired so I let her be. Every where was just bustling as if it's not night time yet and coupled were hanging around. I doubt if some of them knew the other before this fair but I've seen over thirty couples making out just this night.

"So have you spoken to Kim Kiki since we talked?" Emi asked and i groaned. I've been trying to forget our conversation for days now but it's been so hard.

"Yeah, we had a mini fallout though and she said some painful shits" I replied and we took a turn towards the garden and lounge at the back of the hostel. I ended up narrating everything that transpired between us to Femi who listened with rapt attention.

"Steph, you know she might not mean most of what she said. It's the pains she's feeling that's talking. I didn't even know she liked me. How could I have thought she liked me when she never seized any opportunity to taunt me. It got to a point that i told Demi that he should tell this girl to be toning down the way she insults people because some of the things she said was starting to get to me." Femi ranted and i wanted to knock him for being so clueless.

"So you and Katerina..." I drawled and i watched his face break out into a smile just at the mention of her name. This guy is whipped so bad and I'm happy for him. He deserved to be happy considering how much of a nice person he is.

"I feel like I have a lot of apologizing to do to her then I will ask her on a proper date when we get back. Damn, i miss that girl. The way she usually call my name with her accent does things to me" Femi sighed and the smile didn't leave his face.

"What caused you people's fight sef because I remember that day of her fight with Kimee, after she fainted you were the one that carried and the following week Demi said not to mention her near you again. Maybe that's what gave Kimee hope" I found myself asking and He sat down on a bench, i followed suit.

"When she woke up, I begged her to apologise to Kim Kiki but she refused saying some things about Kim Kiki breaking the girl's code. We had a big fight from there and I blocked her. I later found out I was at fault because as her boyfriend, i should have been her backbone when things went downhill with her. I shouldn't have forced her to apologise that moment, she was still hurting" He sighed sadly.

I held his hand and i squeezed it in reassurance and he smiled back at me. Maybe he was too rash with her and they both needed that space in their relationship. But whatever decision he makes is his cup of tea.

"Femi, I wish you best of luck and do whatever makes you happy" I reassured and he smiled at me. Someone caught my eyes at the far end of the garden or rather two people. I turned Femi's head to look at them and he cursed lowly.

I looked again and i recognized the girl,it was Arabella and she was in the arms of another guy. They were both oblivious of their surrounding and they looked so in love but the boy wasn't Tolu Fadeyi, it was a boy from another school.

"This girl's manipulative as f*ck. She won't let the guy leave and yet she won't acknowledge him, that's selfishness of the highest order. I dislike this girl strongly" Femi spat with venom and I'm confused at what's going on. Since when did he become a fan of Tolu Fadeyi.

Speak of the devil and he appears, Tolu walked towards us with a worried look on his face. Femi muttered something under his breath which I didn't catch.

"Please have y'all seen Arabella for me?" He asked with worry etched into his voice and Femi shocked me. He pointed to where she stood with the guy for Tolu and he told him to go and meet her. I was shocked when Tolu made his way towards the end of the garden where Arabella sat with her lover oblivious to the fact that Tolu was coming.

I pulled Femi out of the garden after knocking him on his head. "Guy are you mad, why will you show him now?"  I asked in shock because it didn't make sense to me.

"So he will know he's dating a piece of shit and he deserves to be happy not being stuck on someone who doesn't give a damn about him. Sometimes I wonder which kind of juju she used on him because a girl can't treat me in that manner and i will still hang around?" Femi explained and I smiled as painful memories filled my head.

"You don't know what love make people do. If you're in love, your brain will be off and your mumu button will be on. You see this thing called love, I've washed my hands off it" I sighed and he turned to look at me.

"Tell me about your own experience now. You're too secretive abeg" Femi said and i laughed at him. We sat down near the lounge and my mind went back to when I just met him.

"His name is Kolawole, we met through a mutual friend and one day when I was supposed to host an international award for Teen models, i had stage fright and he calmed me down effortlessly.

We exchanged numbers and we started talking. When he asked me out I said yes, he wanted us to publicize our relationship but i said NO.

To cut the long story short, he cheated on me with different girls and I couldn't complain. To top it all he extorts money from me, everytime I got a deal, i will send him 25% and he will still complain that why can't i make it 50%. There was even this time, he forbade me from taking a deal worth eleven million naira because the person offering it was his rival.

I took the deal shaa because baby girl needs money and the following week, i went to visit him. That day i saw Hellfire, he drugged me and he took provocative pictures of me naked and he put me inside Uber home.

The next morning, he started blackmailing me for money and threatening to release the pictures to the world. I just got signed to BadGirlBelle at that time and the deal was worth around Thirty five million naira. A stain on my reputation means I was going to refund the money and all.

The time he asked for eighty million dollars, i knew i had to tell someone because I don't even have eighty million dollars to spend on myself talkless of giving a blackmailer. I told my aunt and she stepped in.

I didn't know what she did to him but he was away for a long time until yesterday when I saw his call. I'm not worried that he's back because I know that my aunt will take good care of him if he tries any nonsense" I explained and i saw Femi's face morphed into pity.
