Anna called me over so I went

jm: you don't have to buy us ice cream

val: no but I want too ! plus I'm totally fine with it, as long as you are.

jm: well I guess since it's in bellas celebration
she smiles

val: ima go check on her

as I was heading to bella I finally seen julian move from the bottom of the stairs.

JULIANS POV

my mom motioned me over so I walked and held eye contact with val until she got with bella.

j: yeah wassup

mom: she's a keeper, don't break her heart mijo
she says sternly

j: I won't mom I promise, I would never break this girls heart.
I say looking at her and bella

mom: I really like her and so does bella, she's nice to have around and is helpful. You should invite her to a family event so family can meet her.

j: I'll bring her to one, once we see how that goes I'll bring her to more.
she nods

mom: are you guys like a thing yet ? cause you do spend a lot of time with her
she looks at me

j: were going on dates but that's all, theres no doubt that we're gonna start talking soon.
I see her nod

mom: even if you guys don't end up how you want to be... she's still going to be around. Keep that in mind
she says heading back to the stove

that's true, no matter what if we fall out.. val is always going to be around. No matter where I go, with the boys, logans house, Danny's house, when were filming, probably even Frank's house, even my own house she's gonna be there. So this one I cannot screw up.

b: I'm done !!
she grabs our attention

val: okay let me check it first
she says analyzing the paper

val: you did pretty good bella ! got all of them right
we all start clapping

mom: yay bella !!!
she claps even louder

j: wooohh

bella excitedly went to her room to probably binge her favorite show, we all stood here in silence.

j: val when's the meet ?

mom: meet what meet?
she says concerned

j: I meant car meet, val is really into cars and I thought we'd go to one together...

mom: awe how cute

val: the meet started already, but the time we're done eating dinner it'll still be going on
val looks up

j: we're not gonna go right now ?

val: no we're gonna eat dinner and then leave
she looks at my mom and she nods

j: alright
I got to the living room

I sit down and put on a random movie to pass time, val chats with my mom. It was oddly normal... I mean this has happened before but my mom had no interest in the girl. But now that she knows val she has so much interest and wants me to protect her.
