I open the door to our apartment and Felix and I walk inside.

Felix: Wait, what the fuck do we feed them?

I pick up a pillow from the couch and throw it at him.

Seungmin: What did I say about cursing?

Felix: Bitch, I'm not fucking cursing! I'm a pure bitch!

I open my mouth to say something but end up just shaking my head in disappointment.

Felix: That's right. Speechless.

I roll my eyes playfully and put the puppy on my bed.

Seungmin: I'll call Jisung to bring some of his dog food over.

Felix nods and starts playing with his puppy.

I take out my phone and dial Jisung's number.

𝙊𝙉 𝘾𝘼𝙇𝙇:

Seungmin: Sungie?

Jisung: Yup, that's me

Seungmin: So uh, Felix and I need some of your dog food...

Jisung: Why?

Seungmin: I'll tell you when you get here, please hurry.

I hear some shuffling on the other side of the line, so I wait for Jisung to respond.

Minho: Babyyyyyy!

I hear Minho, Jisung's boyfriend, yell on his side of the line.

Jisung: Minnie, give me one minute, Minho's being clingy.

Seungmin: Sure, I'll stay on the line.

Jisung: Minho stop that! I'm on a call with Seungmin!

Minho: But it's been so long since I've seen you!

Jisung: It's only been like a day, but fine, come with me to Seungmin and Felix's apartment if you want to be like this.

Minho: No! I'm not going to meet that snake!

Jisung: Whether you come or not, I'm going.

I hear Minho groan and mutter "fine" before Jisung talks to me.

Jisung: Minnie, can Minho come, too?

Seungmin: Sure, just don't forget to bring the dog food.

Jisung: Ok, we'll be there in 10 minutes.

I hang up and look at Felix.

Seungmin: Jisung and Minho are coming.

Felix looks at me with wide eyes.

Felix: Seriously? Why are you letting Minhoe come? This is my apartment, too!

Seungmin: Lixie, you and Minho need to get along. You can't hold grudges against each other for things that happened years ago.

Felix: I don't care, it's his fault we're like this. If he had listened-

Seungmin: Lixie, calm down. They're coming, you can deal with him later.

Felix groans before stuffing his face into a pillow out of frustration.

I chuckle at his childishness before plopping onto my bed.

I look at my puppy for a while.

Something about him makes me feel like it's not just a normal puppy.

There's something more to him, and I want to find out what it is.
