The girl stepped closer to the edge of the building's roof. A busy street was fifteen stories down. A deep breath in, deep breath out. Jasmine remembered her horrible family and lonely, depressing life and decided this was the right idea. She was done with this world. Closing her eyes and breathing deeply, she jumped.
