Summary: Louis moves into a new house and find a creepy doll.

Louis pov

I got out the taxi carrying my bags and my daughter Scarlett, the driver gives me a wearied look and asked, "Are you sure this is were you are supposed to arrive?" I nodded and looked back towards this creepy house. The driver then drove off, I clenched my Scarlett close to me, it was time for a fresh start.

I walked up the steps as it continued to make creaking noise. It was silent, dead silent. I grabbed my key and unlocked the door. The house looked like it haven't been cleaned in ages, the door slammed shut behind. I jumped at the sudden noise.

"Baby, why don't you go play with your toys" I said, I rest her gently on the floor and handed her, her toys.

"Thank you, daddy" she said, I smiled at her. I grabbed some cleaning materials and started working on getting this house fixed, I couldn't afford anything better. My ex-husband didn't want me to work, so I always stayed at home taking care of Scar. My heart broke when I found out he was living a double life, a whole family on the side. 'God I was such a fool' I thought, I haven't heard good things about this house, but it was either this or the streets. The other houses were way to expensive and me and my mother aren't on the best of terms.

I was broken out of my thoughts when I heard the sound of giggling, I looked to where I left Scar but she wasn't there. I dropped the mop that was in my hand, I heart raced as I looked through the creepy old house. The giggling got louder.

"Scar, where are you?" I called out, I jumped when I see her head hanging.

"I'm in the attic daddy, look come see what I found" she said, I sighed and I ascended the wooden ladder slowly, glancing into the dim, gloomy attic, allowing my eyes to adjust. The wind shook through a small gap in the old window, and the room was as cold as ice. Something fell to the ground as I walked inside the floorboards; it must have been an object falling off one of the many packed boxes. When I went further in, I felt uncomfortable, as if the space grew as I progressed. I bumped into something that was meant to be another package. Something moved quickly across the room, early I might have thought it was a mouse, but with all the unknown noises I had been hearing, I got the feeling that I wasn't alone.

"Look daddy" I turned to Scar and see her going through the boxes.

"Scar don't mess with those boxes" she pulled out what seems to be a doll. I walked over to get a closer look. The skin was white as snow, the porcelain doll had small cracks present on it's face, had long curly brown hair, the doll was smiling, showing it's dimples and bright green eyes.

"Can I please keep it?" she whined; will things get any stranger?

TIME SKIP
Scar has that doll everywhere she goes, she was never sat it down, it went everywhere with her. I must say the doll looked less creepy after we gave it a wash, she called him Harry. I couldn't help get the feeling we were being watched, especially in my bedroom. I chose to ignored since Scar seems to love it here so much.

I sat outside as I watch Scar play with her dolls on the front yard. I hear ruffles of the leaves; I turned towards the sound and see a blonde male walking towards.

"Hey" I said as he sat down next to me on the porch

"You must be Louis, you've been the talk of the town" he chuckled, he extended his hand which I grabbed giving it a shake.
