I let the darkly glazed sky rain
I ain't strong enough to stifle back pain
My sorrow is tainted as a black dye
Hardened like ice in the sun's eye.
My soul,
A victim of ripples of terror
My heart,
The epitome of perfection in an unannealed mirror.
My battle wounds are deep and sore
The ends of my shreds thoroughly torn.
A hazy dream beckons me
My tips graze the rainbow of infinity
It's bright specks caging my shadows in.
The dream seeks me
My core walls me
I'm lost in the worlds between.
