I had a heart;
Atleast thought I'd one
I claimed stone
Felt it crippling in the place
Where my heartbeat once was
I accepted my fate
The fate that I could no longer avoid
The stabs of lovely golden daggers of sunshine
Pierced right through my heart.
It burned me
It skinned me alive
Forcing me to give into the dark abyss of neverwhere.
