Chapter 4

Maddie POV:
The end of class bell just rung and I said thanks to Nick.

I went out of the classroom to go search my next room which was room 208 (language arts). And I ran to the door of 208 when I bumped into a girl.

"Uhhhh!!" She looked at me with a disgusted face. "Watch it girl!" She shouted.

"Hey new girl! You okay?" Another girl came rushed towards me helping me up.

"Um yeah thanks." I said to her.

"My names Isabelle! What's yours?" She asked me,

"Uh Maddie or Madison" I smiled.

"Call me isa" she told me.

"Okay" I giggled.

"Room?-" she asked ... "208" I told her. "Are we together?" I asked

"Yup!" She told me

That class flew by and I went to the next class where I saw Nick again which was PE. So we talked while waiting for the teachers to come out.

Then it was 4th period, social studies. Which is my least favorite subject.
That class was long but also flew by.

It was lunch! I couldn't wait till I saw Nick and his friends!

"Yo Maddie!" Someone cried out to get my attention. I looked around. Nick was waving at me. I ran to him and followed him into the cafeteria holding my lunch box.

"We usually sit at this table so just meet us here everyday at lunch k?" he told me and said "yeah..."

Finally, after a couple minutes the table was filled with both girls and boys. I couldn't believe I was in the 'cool kid' section!

"Hey Madison! Your in my Lang Arts class!" A girl shouted across the circled table. "Yeah! I saw you! And I haven't talked to you yet so... Sorry but what's your name?" I asked politely. "Hannah!" She said

After we all ate, everyone in the table which were 6 of us, switched my phone number and theirs. I promised I would text them before dance class.

Hannah POV:
I'm so jealous of this new girl! She's not even THAT pretty but she's getting all of Nicks attention! I was the one who bumped into her before 2nd period but she hasn't noticed which sucks... So if they Nick starts hanging out with her... She's dead because he's mine!

Maddie POV:
School finally ended for today and I was on my bed when I got a text from Nick.

Nick ❤️: hey Maddie :) wanna hang out?
Me : can't sorry <3
Nick ❤️: okay see you in the group chat I made! :*

What group chat? I whispered to myself... Then my phone went off.

Nick❤️: hey guys Maddie can't hang out today :( she has dance!
Anne🙊: awwweeee!
Lucas🍃: sux!
Hannah👅: hmm guess we can go without her today! :P
Nick❤️: Hannah! >:( we all know your jealous because we all know what... But stop! She hasn't done anything to you!
Me: know what?
Hannah👅: really Nick?
Nick❤️: srry! Lol
Max🎥: Madison... When does your dance end?
Me: maybe at like 9 or 10 :S
Janette🎵: awe Maddie why can't you come?
Janette🎵: nvm :(
Amy🐠: so cancelled today?
Me: guys I'm so so sorry! You guys can go anywhere if you want w/o me cuz it won't matter <3
Hannah👅: told ya guys!
Nick❤️: HANNAH!!!!! >:(
Amy🐠: ^ Hannah........
Janette🎵: :( be nice Hannah! You aren't usually like this!

Then, I turned of my phone... Thinking "why does Hannah hate me?", "did I do something?" And I decided to text Nick about it.

Me: hey... What's up with Hannah? :( is she mad?

No reply.

Me: ? Nick?

So I shut my phone...

Then I saw my phone go off.

Nick❤️: I really don't know. I mean she told Amy that she liked me and I wasn't paying any attention to her... :/ don't worry about it Maddie <3

Me: okay thanks ;)

He sent me a heart! I thought to myself. And then I saw another text in the group chat.

Amy🐠: hey nick you like Maddie right? Wait so in the morning what happened?

Nick❤️: what?! AMY!!!!!!!!! >:(

Amy: you just told me....... :|

Nick❤️: no... text me in the personal chat... >:(

OMG! He likes me? I thought... Omg it's a dream come true!
Then... I got a text from someone else... 😭
