"It also sounds like you know a thing or two about hard work," Ander chuckled. Abby smiled back, praying that the blush that dusted her cheeks wasn't visible in the low light of the bar.

"What about you though? I mean, where are you from and what do you do for a living?" she asked.

"Born and raised on Ryloth. I am a mechanic for the 212th legion now. We just got off a long campaign, got back here just a couple hours ago. So, me and my buddies decided to celebrate here, like your team did," Ander replied.

Abby was about to say something more when the bartender returned, holding a tray full of shots and her soda.

"Sorry for the wait there, miss." he said, setting down the drinks in front of her.

"It's no problem," Abby said, tossing the bartender a couple credits as a tip.

"Well, I better get back to my team, they have been waiting for these drinks for over ten minutes," she told Ander, turning to him and chuckling slightly.

"Well, it was good to meet you, Abby. Until we meet again," Ander said, giving her a flirty wink.

"Sure thing, you flirt," Abby grinned, rolling her eyes playfully then sliding off the bar stool. She picked up the tray of Wrecker's, Crosshair's, and Tech's shots, but frowned when she realized that she wouldn't be able to carry all the drinks in one trip, thanks to the size of the tray. Noticing her moment of mild crisis, Ander grinned and took her drinks off the countertop.

"I'll help you bring these to your team," he offered.

"Thanks, that would be a big help," Abby smiled at him.

Careful not to spill the drinks that she had waited so long for, she and Ander made her way back to the Bad Batch's table through the sea of people.

When the two arrived at the Bad Batcher's table, Abby set down the tray and took her drink from Ander.

"Thanks for the help," she said, turning back to him.

"No problem," he said, giving her a two finger salute then walking off.

"Where were you?! If you hadn't gotten back in another five minutes I was going to send someone to look for you!" Hunter questioned as Abby sat down.

"Sorry, it was busy at the bar. It took a bit for the bartender to get to me," Abby replied.

"I could see you! You were talking to a boy!" Wrecker exclaimed loudly. He was obviously still tipsy, his words were slurred together; but at this Abby blushed and Hunter raised his eyebrows at her.

"Ooh," Crosshair smirked at her like a grade-schooler who saw his friend get into trouble.

"S-shut up! We were just talking because it was taking forever for us to get our drinks," Abby rushed out, blushing brightly from embarrassment.

"Sure, whatever helps you sleep at night," Tech grinned and Abby stuck her tongue out at him.

"Alright, Abby, but if you go on a date, I am sending Koa to keep both of you in check," Hunter told her with a suggestive smirk.

"S-stop! It's not like he asked me out anyways!" Abby stuttered, her cheeks growing warmer by the minute.

"But you wish that he did," Tech said in a sing-song voice.

"I DO NOT."

A minute later, Wrecker and Crosshair had resumed their shot contest with Tech, Hunter, and Abby watching intently. The three were also enjoying drinks of their own, having an exciting time full of many shouts and cheers.
