Isabella POV

"I hope your flight was to your liking, Thank you for flying with us." I nod and skitter away. I don't ever want to sit on a plane again. It's too expensive and too fancy.

The flight attendants kept asking if I needed anything or if I was comfortable. They wouldn't go away if I didn't say anything and people were starting to stare. All I wanted to do was get off that plane.

Wait! I don't know who was supposed to pick me up or what they look like. Alright, Isabella don't start freaking out, maybe it's not that bad. Shít If I had just been smarter I could've got the social worker's number. Maybe she would have contacted him.

Now I was alone in New York City not knowing who I'm supposed to look for. Giving up I looked around and there were no more chairs in the waiting area so I just plopped down on my luggage.

I sat there panicking. What if someone comes that is not supposed to pick me up.

I don't know how long I sat there for but my nerves were aching. Just then a good-looking man came into the airport and let me tell you he looked very expensive.

I could tell all of his clothes were branded and his accessories looked more expensive than the clothes he was wearing, this man screamed power.

I ducked my head back down but I couldn't help but peek at him again. I gasped quietly and ducked my head down again, we made eye contact for a few seconds until I looked away.

There was chatter and footsteps around me but I somehow knew that that particular man's footsteps were coming right in my direction.

My fingers fiddled with each other, maybe he's just looking at someone else.

"Isabella." An unfamiliar breathy voice spoke just barely above a whisper. I let my hair build curtains around my face. I knew I was shaking, it was out of fright.

I don't know who he is. Why is he talking to me? Is he who I'm supposed to go with?

"Isabella, it's very nice to see you again. You've grown up so much." He smiled.

I looked around, people were staring and this rich man seemed to know me but I don't know him at all.

He put his hand up and my body instantly reacted by flinching away from him. He stopped and put his hand back down. I built up some courage and asked,

"W-who are you?" I whispered. He seemed a bit taken back from my question but nonetheless answered with a smile.

"Oh, how silly of me, I'm your older brother. Liam." He smiled gently.

"Hello, Liam," I said. I didn't want to give off a bratty attitude.

His smile grew for some reason and for some odd reason his smile made me unconsciously give him a small smile, somehow I felt safe and secure around him. I felt I could trust him even though we just met.

It was weird.

"Well then Isabella, how about we get going." I looked down shy and gave him a quick nod before following him outside.

The sight was beautiful, in front of me was a beautiful red Ferrari. My eyes were glued to the car with awe, Liam chuckled at my reaction.

"Hurry up Isabella. We have to get going." he casually unlocks the car. I looked at him, stunned.
