Gab's POV
Glowing trees welcomed us as we passed through the waterfalls. It feels like we've entered another dimension. Umiikot ang sikmura ko at pakiramdam ko'y kahit ilang oras ay masusuka ako.
I look back to check the bridge and the falls but to my surprise it was gone. Napabalikwas ako ng tingin kay mama.
"Ma!"
"Yes?" Nilingon niya ako ng may ngiti.
"The falls? It's gone."
"And?"
"What do you mean 'and'? Where are we?" I asked, freaking out inside. Ngumiti siya sa amin.
"Welcome to Olympia."
"Is this real?" Nanlalaki ang matang tanong ni Jade, hindi rin makapaniwala sa nangyayari.
It really is scary to know that earlier we were still in a small town of Virandi and now we are in another dimension, somewhere where not everyone knows.
"Everything you see here is real, darling."
I don't believe this is real. I never thought this kind of place existed. A surreal kingdom, a paradise perhaps.
There are creatures everywhere. Some of them are in the trees. They don't look like regular animals that you can see in the zoo. They are extraordinary.
I squinted my eyes only to see fairies flying around, having a great time. Imagine Jade's shocked face when she saw one.
She immediately got her camera ready to capture this fantastic moment. Lumapit ako sa kanya ng tila nagkaproblema siya.
"Bakit?" Tanong ko.
"I don't know. My camera isn't working, also my phone." She said, looking frustrated.
"Gadgets don't work here." Singit ni mama kaya naman napasimangot na lang si Jade. Umiling na lang ako. Mabuti at dala ko ang mga librong hindi ko pa natatapos.
"Bummer."
"What is happening?" Hindi na makapagpigil na tanong ko. Aaminin kong napakaganda ng lugar na ito pero nakakatakot dahil hindi kami sanay sa ganito.
Walang maniniwala kapag sinabi mo sa ibang taong may ganitong lugar sa mundo. Fairies and this kind of magical place are only from fairy tales made by creative people. It doesn't exist. Well, for others.
"I will explain later, Gabrielle but for now, enjoy the scenery." Wala na akong magagawa kung hindi ang manahimik.
Makailang minuto ay papasok na kami sa isang gate na napakaluma ng tingnan ngunit nangingibabaw pa din ang kagandahan. Trace of the past.

Demigods?
Pagkapasok namin sa gate ay bumungad sa amin ang malawak na hardin. Kakaiba ang mga bulaklak na matatanaw mo at pati na din ang mga damo. Ang bawat puno ay may nakasabit na lampara na nagsisilbing ilaw ng daan.
