It's been four years since Ashton left me, I would be lying if I said I didn't miss him, because I did. I think about him all the time and wonder if he ever thinks about me too. Zayn, Niall and Harry visit as often as they can. Luke, on the other hand visits me everyday. I have my own small apartment for two, it may not be much but it's enough for Lexi and I.

Lexi had greenish brown eyes with dark brown curly hair that was past her shoulders, which was in a ponytail right now. She was only four and working on her speaking, she understands so much, I'd have to say she has Ashton's intelligence. A knock at the door was heard and Lexi ran from the family room abandoning her puzzle she was working on.

"I'll get it." Lexi said struggling to turn the handle with her small height. Once she got it open there stood her favorite person in the whole world, "Zen!" She cheered loudly hugging Zayn's leg tightly before he picked her up and kissed her on the cheek.

"Hello gorgeous." Zayn said causing Lexi to laugh showing her cute little dimples that were indented in her cheeks.

"I learned to count to twenty." She said to Zayn as he smiled widely at her.

"Let's hear it then." Zayn said and Lexi smiled taking a deep breath before she started to count.

"Ten times ten is twenty, all done!" She said cheerfully with a giggle. Zayn spun her around and threw her up in the air catching her.

"You took the easy way." Zayn said kissing her on the head.

"Will you help me with my puzzle?" Lexi asked as Zayn nodded setting her down.

"Let me talk to your mum for a second, ok cutie?" He winked pinching her cheek before she ran off to set up the puzzle and wait for Zayn.

"She really loves you, this morning all she wanted was you so you could watch Beauty and the Beast with her." I told him as I ate my slice of toast I had just made.

"I'm so turning her into an artist." Zayn said leaning against the counter.

"She loves your graffiti you did on her wall, her name above her bed in pink and black and you painted all that stuff on the wall. Her little hand print is still there from when you painted that when she was two." I giggled.

"So the last time I put a paint brush in her hand." Zayn chuckled throwing his head back. "But I loved her help." He admitted with a smile.

"Zen I'm ready!" Lexi called to him as she started to jump on the couch.

"Lexi baby, don't jump on the furniture okay sweetie?" I said to her, she stopped and nodded now sitting on the couch kicking her feet.

"I better go help her with that puzzle." Zayn smiled and I nodded while he walked over and helped her with the puzzle. That was just before I went upstairs there was another knock on the door, groaning I started walking towards the door to see who it was.

Opening the door there stood Luke with a bright smile on his face, "Addie!" He said causing Lexi to look up to see him.

"Uncle Wuke!" She jumped rushing over to hug him. The boys always came and visited her, helped me around the house and more, especially Luke and Zayn, they are such a big help.

"There's my baby girl." Luke said picking her up and hugging her tightly as she wrapped her arms around his neck and her tiny legs around as much of his torso as she could, although her legs were above his stomach. "How are you?" He asked pressing his nose to her's. Lexi scrunched her nose at him but giggled when Luke fake pouted at her.

"Good, wanna help Zen and I with my puzzle?" She asked now poking at Luke's cheeks, he smiled and set her down.

"I need to talk to your mum but I'll help you and Zayn after, okay?" Lexi nodded and ran back over and sat in Zayn's lap as the two of them started on the puzzle.

"What's shaking bacon?" I asked Luke with a smirk as I hopped up onto the counter to sit down. He chuckled and shook his head.

"You did not just say that." He laughed and I flipped my hair sassily.

"But I did and I'm proud." I smiled widely and Luke shook his head once again.

"You're such a dork Ads, but I love ya anyways." He ginned messing up my hair. I smacked him on his chest and giggled before he pressed his lips to my cheek. We were back to being best buddies now but that night we kissed will never be forgotten.

"I'm sure you do." I said patting him on the head. Zayn came into the kitchen holding Lexi and she had a pouty look on her face.

"Don't go Zen." Lexi pouted and Zayn kissed her forehead.

"I'll come back soon." Zayn said and Lexi held up her pinky.

"Promise?" She asked. Zayn wrapped his pinky around hers and nodded.

"Promise." He smiled as he waved goodbye and left leaving a pouting Lexi in my lap with her arms crossed.

"How about you and I watch Cinderella, princess?" Luke said trying to make her happy, which worked since she got the biggest smile on her face.

"Okay." She smiled widely as she held her arms up at Luke. He picked her up and made his way to the living room.

I smiled at how close they were with each other and how great Luke was with her. I got down from the counter and went to join the two in the living room.
