Time- Present

Angelica, Eliza, Peggy and I all sit with face masks on whilst we watch a movie. We've lost track at how long we've had them in for so we agreed ewe would just take them off after the movie.
"I wish I could find somebody like him" I sigh whilst looking the the main character in the movie
"Aww you will someday" Eliza says
"Yeah but we're 19 to 21 (I have no idea about age gaps so just go with it), you guys all have boyfriends or in your case a fiancé" I huff
"(Y/n), you're 20. You should be travelling the world and not worrying about having your own family just yet. Eliza has a fiancé because they just so happened to meet each other at a party. And you you know what?" Angelica argues
"What?" I say sitting up right
"Alex was travelling the world" he finishes
"He was actually just here for his education and-" Eliza tried to correct her sister but us shushed
"You know Angelica's right. I'm single and I'm not mad about it. The reason I'm not is because I have you guys and the other lot that make me feel the same way. I just don't think right now is the right time for me to find the love of my life. And you shouldn't either!" Peggy says finally saying something since falling asleep earlier that night
"I guess you guys are right but, I just want to be able to calm someone mine, you know" I smile slightly
"We know" they say in unison
"Alex told me something the other day" Eliza smiles
She's hiding something.
"What was it?" Peggy asks eagerly
"Someone has a little crush on (y/n)" the smile then turned into a smirk
I begin to blush at the thought that someone that I probably know has a crush on me
"Oo do spill" Angelica adds
"It's someone we know, and we spend a lot of time with them" Eliza likes to do this thing where she won't tell you straight up she has to make you guess
"Hercules!" Peggy shouts out
Eliza shakes her head, "nope"
"What else?" I ask, curious as to who it might be
"They have curly hair"
"Jefferson?" Peggy shouts out again
"No!" Eliza says loudly, disappointed that her sister just said that name
"John? Laf?" Angelica names the last two names
I think for a moment about the two.
"John" I say after being quiet for a little while
Eliza nods her head vigorously
"Well, you can get a boyfriend now!" Angelica laughs
"I guess but too bad I dont like him that way. That's why we're friends, I think we are better that way" I shrug
"Well that was a shit end" Peggy sighs
"I know right, all that talk about wanting a boyfriend and then John comes up, who is a perfect boyfriend by the way, and you just shut him down" Eliza scoffs
"I meant the movie"

This was a bit meh but I hadn't updated this book in a while so I wanted something to post
Uploads might be a little kore spread out as I've just started a new book which I want to focus on right now until there's a few more chapters
