you put your phone in your back pocket and sat on your front step. you were so nervous. then Daisy's car pulled up. Chase was in the passenger seat. you got in the back with Tony and Ondre. you didn't say much on the way to the airport.
D | so y/n how are you feeling.
y/n | i'm scared out of my mind.
tony puts his hand on your knee.
T | there's nothing to be scared about.
soon enough you get there and your waiting in the lobby. you hands begin to sweat. then you get a message from payton. he just landed.
y/n | guys. he landed.
daisy hugs you and holds your shoulders.
D | ahh i'm so exited for you.
T | come on jump get those odd feelings out.
you all start to jump around in the lobby you get a bunch of stupid looks. but you begin to laugh. you get another text from payton. he's coming out of security.
y/n | alright he's coming.
everyone goes quiet your hands begin to sweat. you start fiddling with you phone. you won't take your eyes off of the exit. you wait for a few minutes. then...there he is. you run full speed toward him. you eyes fill with tears. he opens his arms and bends down to catch you. you nearly knock him over. he holds you so tight and begins to tear up too. you don't want to let go. it felt amazing to be back in his arms. you heard your friends clapping. you heard some 'awe's' from people watching. payton was holding you so tight. you could tell how much he had missed you. you let go but payton was still holding you up.
