Right when she said that all of a sudden alarms and sirens went off.

-intruder alert! Intruder alert!-
-cyborg you stay here I'm going to go stop this.- and with that, he left.

-hey yo metal eye. You call yourself cyborg superman right? Well, I'm no genius like your boss thinks he is but I'm pretty sure Superman were's red and blue not black.-

And with that Sara somehow managed to get out of her restraints and jump up, grab and hang off one of the poles and use her momentum and rip it off the ceiling and land on her feet.

-I'm also sure he asked you to make sure I don't get free.-

When she said that she swung and hit him in the face with it.

-oh think that will do anything? I'm a cyborg superman that will do nothing.-

-oh I defeated far worse.- and with that Sara went after him again. They were exchanging blows after blows after cyborg superman had her in the air by her throat.

-oh you think to stop me, you foolish girl. any last words?-

-I'm not the one you have to worry about.- she said with a smirk.

And with that Oliver and thea, both shot an arrow into his back. After that, he dropped Sara and turned around.

-you think arrows will stop me?- he laughed.

-no these are not normal arrows.- Oliver said. And with that, he pressed the button by his thumb on his bow the same as thea and it sent out enough electricity to send the cyborg to his knees.

With the cyborg to his knees, Sara grabs the pole again and hits him in the head which drops him unconscious.

-hey guys it's nice of you to finally show up.- Sara said.

-well at least we made it before Barry.- thea said.

-hey you told me to deal with all of the Cadmus agents and I did.- barry said as he skidded to a stop with zari.

-but still, you should have been able to take them down and still get to me.- Sara said. She took a look around and realized someone was missing. -hey where is kara?-

-well we will let Barry explain that but first, we need to go because more guys are coming so let's go?- and with that barry speed thea and Oliver to there bikes and went back and grabbed Sara and zari and took them back to the D.E.O

When Sara got back to the D.E.O the first thing that happened was she saw Kara still unconscious and right away looked at barry.

-ok time to explain to Allen what did you do to kara?!- Sara said, getting mad.

-ok look before you get mad, let me explain, ok. I had to otherwise she was going to get herself killed.- barry said, defending himself before Sara might just kill him. Barry knew that she would rather die than let anything happen to the rest of the family she currently has. -look when we got the video about Cadmus kidnapping you, she was about to go turn herself in to get you back. We tried telling her that they would just kill her but she didn't listen.-

-ok but that was almost a day ago, she should be awake by now.-

-yeah barry what is that thing you injected her with?- Oliver asked as he and Thea walked back in the makeshift D.E.O they made in the part of the building that wasn't destroyed.

-wait you injected her with something? Why not just put the low-grade kryptonite cuffs on?- Sara asked.

-we already asked him that.- thea said.

-look Alex gave it to me just in case. She said that this happened once before with Mon-el, and the only thing that stopped her from taking his place, was for her to talk her down but even at that it almost didn't work. So she said that if we can't talk her down, to do this.- Barry explained.
