Author's Note:

This chapter is BITIN. I swear.  Please wait for the next chapter. Basahin niyo ang Chapter 37, 38, 39 ng sabay.  If you read this na hindi pa lumalabas ang Chapter 39, the urge to make sakal (preferably, sa akin) will come over you.  I am not joking.  To avoid that, please huwag nang basahin muna ito.  Salamat!

====================

"I want to smash this ball into her annoying face," Dmitri growled out beside me.

The consecutive thumping of the ball he is throwing against the wall sounded so loud to my ears but I don't have the energy to open my eyes and punch him.  I'm still trying to catch my breath. It is halftime and our team piled back into the changing room to gasp a breath, hydrate, and, for some, shower and change into new kits.

"Shut up," I growled back.

Adrenaline is still coursing through my body and all my senses are hyperactive.  Everything is magnified sa aking paningin, pandinig, pakiramdam.  And it is making me more aggressive and sensitive than usual.

That first half of the match was intense. I could still feel the burn of every minute of it on my calves and hamstring. Their defense is as good as our offense.  Cedric and I barely managed to match their two goals before the whistle blew for halftime.  And it pisses me off that Dmitri must have been having it easy at the penalty box kung may energy pa siyang maasar sa hindi pagdalo ni Natalya at sa pagdating ni Kyrie.

One of our staff is distributing bottles of energy drink and water at inaabutan nga niya ako ng mga iyon.  Ang tubig lang ang kinuha ko.  I'm too pumped up for energy drinks ngayon.  I just need to keep hydrated.

We can't have sugar during halftime. He should have known better.

"Fig rolls."

Fig rolls are perfect halftime snacks and I can't help but smile.  My parents are really pulling out all the stops in their support for today's match.  Hindi madaling maghanap ng fig sa Pilipinas but The Adriatico did it.

"Keep your head in the game and ignore everything else," suhestyon ko sa kanya sabay abot ng masarap na pastry.

He accepted the offered rolls, sneered at me, before biting into it.  "That's easy for you to say.  Your woman arrived and seems to be screaming her head off for you."

I cannot help but smirk at him.  I got my woman at the stands cheering for me, all right.  She was jumping up and down when I kicked that last goal to bring our team score to 2-2 before the whistle sounded for halftime.  Seeing her like that felt as good as scoring that goal.  Our side almost screamed the stadium down sa magkasunod naming goal ni Cedric but all that registered in my mind is Sabrina going crazy with excitement.  Mahina akong napamura when I felt my cock stir when her face popped up in my brain.
