"Hey gorgeous. What's up" Daniel asks as he comes into the kitchen, kissing the top of my head. "Jonah slept with Beaux." This stops him dead in his tracks. "He did what?" I tell him the story of what Beaux had told me and how Jonah had reacted. "It just annoys me. He was just using her and she's already been through enough and because she seems vulnerable he thinks he can do anything he likes to her." A tear slides down my cheek. Daniel comes towards me and engulfs me in a hug. We stay there for a few minutes before we let go of each other. Daniel sits on the stool next to me. "Jonah likes her. He just doesn't know how to be in a relationship. He's scared of getting hurt. He always has been even though he's never been in a relationship long enough to get hurt. It makes me angry that he would want to use Beaux." I nod and lean my head on his shoulder. "I'm so lucky to have a boyfriend like you." He laughs, "I know." I punch him in his arm jokily.
