Gilmore Girls Kind of Day

K A T A R A-

As I walk in the house Isabella says, "Spill the tea now!"

I whine and say, "It's like 8 am Isabella!"

She throws her arms in the air very dramatically and says, "Well Kat you just came out of the car of a freaking model! Then he kisses your cheek by my door! And you've never been with a guy so I need this drama in my life!!"

I roll my eyes and cross my arms and say, "So? How is that my problem that all you need is some drama? If you want drama go ask our neighbor across the hall Lucinda because she's on her 6th baby daddy and apparently he died of a stroke like the last one did."

She looks at me exasperated and says, "SO?? Kat that means something obviously went down! I want you drama not Lucinda murdering her baby daddy's!!"

I sigh and nonchalantly say, "Yea stuff did go down, I'm not a virgin no more no biggie."

Her eyes widen and she says, "NO BIGGIE? Omg Kat you've always said you wanted it to be special. Was it special?!"

I sigh and say, "Yeah I know."

Isabella frowns and says, "Hey it's alright I lost mine in a high school bathroom that's sad."

I giggle at her attempts to make me feel better and say, "It's alright everything happens for a reason right? And plus, at least it was good and he wasn't a jerk and just wanted to get off and tell me to leave."

She nods and says, "Yup and it's okay because tonight we are going to be lazy bums and eat rocky road and make cookies while we watch Gilmore Girls!"

I smile and say, "That sounds fun."

She claps her hands and says, "Great! Now you hop your smelly ass on the shower while I go to the store and get our junk."

I scoff and in defense say, "I do not smell!"

Isabella covers her nose and pretends to throw up and I throw a nearby pillow at her and she giggles at my attempts to hurt her.

I say, "Now I'll be in the bath meanie."

I stick my tongue at her like a child and walk to my room to collect my clothes.

I get some cozy shorts and a baggy shirt and simple undergarments and head to my restroom.

I turn on the water and start setting up my bath.

I look at myself in the mirror and see a faint dark red hickey on my neck and I groan knowing I have to cover it with makeup since I start that job tomorrow.

I grab my makeup remover and wipe off all the old makeup from the day before. I throw it away and see my bath is done so I turn the water off.

I take my clothes off and sit in the warm tub. I close my eyes and decide to relax but my mind takes me to Leonardo.

That night was probably the best night ever for me even though I'm acting like it wasn't.

I felt my heart race at just the thought of him and his beautiful blue eyes that seem to see right through me.

I quickly snapped out of it and told myself, "You can't fall for him. He'll only play me I just know it." I nod my head and just sit back and let the hot water relax me.

After taking a bath for 15 minutes I get out and get dressed.

I exit the bathroom and see Isabella already on the couch covered in blankets and on her unicorn pajamas and a bowl of popcorn with some hot cocoa in a cup.
