06 - Way to Learn

"I didn't. What makes you think I have a fight with them?" Jin asks.

"Because I know you, the hard headed Jin" Junghwan laughs.

"Are you siding them?" Jin asks again, tone change.

"Look, I didn't know your mood is this bad. I'm sorry, it was a joke" Junghwan replies as he tugs Jin near him when they walk.

Once they settle sitting at the table and ordered the food, Junghwan eyes Jin. Indeed something is really bothering him.

"What happened? Did your practice went out of your expectation? Is it something that I can help you with?" Junghwan starts the conversation.

"I'm going back home this weekend" Jin replies.

"I thought we planned it for the next weekend?" Junghwan asks again.

"We did but my father and Jung hyung wanted to see me. It's important" Jin states looking at Junghwan.

"Is it urgent? Maybe you could apply for the early leave to the warden or something? I can help if you want" Junghwan replies, suddenly a concern look painted on his face.

"I have the evaluation on this Friday. Looks like it is not urgent since hyung and father are willing to wait" Jin says.

"Then I'm joining you, my house is near yours anyway. When are you going back? Saturday or Sunday?" Junghwan asks.

"Sunday I guess, I don't want to rush" Jin replies.

"Let me know if anything you want me to know" Junghwan says.

Jin nods at the reply.

Jin didn't know a late dinner at 8.30 could last three hours. When Jin is back at the dorm, Yoongi is there in the kitchen. Looks like he just got to the kitchen before Jin trying to make something in there.

"Here" Jin says, announcing his appearance to Yoongi, setting the paper bag on the counter.

Yoongi turns his head, looking at Jin.

"I brought some food, take it" Jin says again, painting his face with a slight smile.

Maybe he could try to make their relationship better.

"You put something in it didn't you?" Yoongi asks with an attitude and for Jin, he isn't surprise with the behaviour but more to disappointment a bit.

"I'm not a poisoner, I didn't possess the poison as my power. It just the ice and illusion" Jin replies.

"Exactly, an illusionist. You could be-"

"Don't get on my nerves, I can hurt you more than I intend to. If you don't want to eat then don't, there is no need to mock me or anything. I'm just trying to be nice" Jin glares.

Looks like the day is really bad for Jin, Yoongi thought. When Jin walks away leaving the food on the counter, Yoongi didn't say a word.

...

"Hi" a voice greets Jin.

He looks up to see a man standing in front of him, smiling with a boxy smile.

"Hi?" Jin replies.

"The name is Taehyung" he replies, still smiling.

"Jin" Jin says and return the smile.

"Did your class get cancelled?" Taehyung asks.

"Please have a seat first and yeah, my class is cancelled so here I'm waiting for my next class in thirty minutes. How about you?" Jin asks back.
