Maahir and Bela came to Maahir's apartment where she was welcomed as the new bride by Kuhu as she was the only family Maahir had. The members for the post marriage ritual of Maahir and Bela were only 4, the bride and the groom themselves and Kuhu and Madhu. Bela clicked many photos and selfies with them and among her pictures with Maahir, she was all smiling brightly and Maahir made a sad face all along. After the rituals completed, Madhu left Bela at Maahir's apartment with her luggage and both of them did the ritual of bidaai by crying and Madhu said, "Dekh puttar, abhi na tujhe akele akele apna ghar sambhaalna hai, apne pati ko sambhaalna hai. Jaise ghar mein thi vaise rehne se abhi nehi chalega, yaha koi naukar vaukar nehi hai teri har farmaayish puri karne ke liye. Abhi tujhe ek responsible wife bhi banni hai. Thik hai?" Maahir replied, "Jab 3-3 aurte aise gundaagardi par utar aaye to bichaara banda muh utaarne ke alava aur akar bhi kya sakta hai? Akela aadmi ab 3-3 aurto se to lad nehi sakta." Kuhu said, "Maahir ab tumhaari shaadi ho chuki hai, abhi kuch nehi ho sakta. Now you can't step back! He held Madhu's hand and replied, "Aap aise na bola karo please!" He hugged Madhu and then whispered at her ear, "Maine suna hai aap na paraathe bohot achche banaati ho, kabhi kabhi mere liye bhej dena." Madhu laughed out and then agreed to his condition. He went with Madhu upto her car and then she left from there. After Maahir returned to his home, he found Kuhu, like a sincere sister showing each and everything to her new sister in law, the duty which actually performed by mother in law. Kuhu explained Bela everything like how to do each and every household jobs since she would now be taking care of a house which was new to her and she would not get a large no. of house help for each and every work. After that, Kuhu officially handed Maahir to Bela and said, "Bela main tumhe aaj se apna ye bhai saup rahi hu. She put more emphasis on the word 'wife' and was feeling very content on winning the title of 'wife' and Maahir could easily sense that feeling of her and he asked, "Bohot mazaa aa raha hai na?" Bela was so delighted that she replied, "Bohot zyaada! Bara adventurous feel ho raha hai! Can you imagine, main abhi thori der pehle tak Ms. Bela Ranjit Sareen thi aur abhi Mrs. Bela Maahir Sehgal hu. Ekdam fairy tale love story hai na apni? Maahir confusingly asked, "Ready for what?" Bela replied, "Shaadi ke baad jo hota hai uske liye." Maahir raised one of his brows and to that Bela continued, "Hamaari suhaagraat!" "No ways!", Maahir immediately rejected the plan and said, "Bilkul bhi nehi! Abhi shaadi hui hai na mujhe isi baat ko digest karne mein time lagega ye sab... " He didn't even complete the sentence and almost ran away from there.
