When all were preparing to sit down to have lunch, Bulbul very smartly, without anyone noticing, slided an egg on Reyhaan's chair and then ran from the other side and grabbed one chair in the middle of Maahir and Bela. The moment, everyone sat, Reyhaan's expressions changed and seeing that Bulbul was amused. He moved a little bit and then found a broken egg under him. All the servants who were serving food, one of them saw the egg and said, "Arey ye to anda hai, yaha inke chair par anda kaise aa gaya?" Since, it was a puja in the house, so touching the non veg was prohibited that day. So, on hearing about the egg, Mrs. Sarna, immediately got up and asked, "Anda??? Anda kaha se aaya? Aaj to non veg nehi bana hai ghar mein?" The servant girl showed the egg and seeing that everyone were a bit embarrassed and Reyhaan immediately got up from there. Seeing that, Madhu made a face and said, "Reyhaan tumhe to pata hai na ke aaj ghar mein puja hai aur non veg aaj allowed nehi hai. Agar tumko non veg khaana hi tha to tum bahaar jaakar kha lete?" Mrs. Sarna replied, "Hey bhagwaan ab to mujhe saara khaana, prasad sab kuch fekna parega." She gave orders to her servants to take the foods away when Bulbul stopped them and asked, "Kyu khaana kyu fekna parega itna saara?" Hearing this Mrs. Sarna replied, "Gal suno kudi ki! Aaj puja hai aur is ande ke vajah se sab kuch apavitra ho gaya hai, sab shuddh nehi karna parega mujhe?" Bulbul replied, "Kyu?? Ye anda to chair par geera, chimpanjee ke kapre gande huye, isme itna saara khaana phekne ki kya zarurat hai? Aapko pata hai India mein aise bohot se log hai jinko kabhi kabhi ek time ka khaana bhi nehi milta hai aur aap ek time ka khaana phek rahe hai? You should be thankful ke aapko khaane ke liye khaana mil raha hai. Wastage of food bohot buri baat hai isse bhagwaan bhi naraaz hote hai." Bela and others didn't think of listening that from at least Bulbul's mouth and so Bela asked, "Ye gyaan ksine diya tumko Bulbul?" Bulbul replied, "Vo ekdin main khaane ke liye nakhre kar rahi thi na to daddy ne bataya." Bela looked at Maahir and then he said, "Mujhe pata hai mera bolna to maamisaas ko pasand aayega nehi lekin phir bhi bol raha hu. I'm sure jo kuch bhi Reyhaan ke saath hua, that was just an accident and not deliberate so iske vajah se itna taam jhaam karne ki koi zarurat nehi hai aur vaise bhi anda to chair par geera hai, khaane aur Prasad mein thore hi gira hai so ye sab bekaar ki cheezo ka kya logic hai?" Mrs. Sarna made a face and replied, "Haaji aapko to koi fark nehi parega! Zaahir si baat hai." Madhu immediately went to Mrs. Sarna and replied, "Dekhiye bhabhi kaand aapke guest ne kiya aur aap suna mere jamai ko rahi hai. Galat kya bola hai usne? Agar aaj aisa kuch mere jamai ne kiya hota aap to sab kuch chor chaar ke uske peeche padh jaati." Ranjit said, "Par sochne waali baat ye hai ke anda yaha aaya kaha se?" Now, on that comment everyone looked at each other and suddenly Bulbul and Madhu had an eye contact accidently and Bulbul winked at Madhu and she understood Bulbul had done everything and so in order to divert the topic, she said, "Arey vo sab choro, pehle ye sab saaf karna parega aur Reyhaan please tum jaakar achche se saaf karke aao sab kuch aur aap sab bethiye please, aap log khaana khaaiye." After Reyhaan left from there, everyone sat down and started having their food.

After lunch, Pratham and his family stayed for some time and then left from there with an all-supported promise of no-meeting for the bride & groom before the marriage. While everyone was settling in their rooms, both Maahir and Bela came to Bela's room and as expected found Bulbul watching TV in there. After entering into the room, Bela closed the door from inside and then put off the TV and seeing that, Bulbul screamed and asked, "TV kyu bandh kiya? Main dekh rahi thi na?" Bela looked at Maahir and then at Bulbul and said, "Bulbul main ek sawaal puchungi aur ek baar puchungi, kya tumne Reyhaan uncle ke chair mein anda rakkha tha?" Bulbul looked at Maahir and seeing that Maahir said, "Bilkul bhi meri taraf mat dekhna Bulbul, main jaanta hu ke aapne hi aisa kiya hai." Bulbul made a face and looked at Bela and then angrily replied, "Kuch bhi hota hai to sab mere taraf dekhte hai jaise main koi criminal hu. Aapko kaise pata hai ke maine kiya hai? Aapne mujhe dekha hai aisa karte huye?" Bela angrily pulled Bulbul's ear and said, "Zyaada na smartness nehi dikhaana mujhe, main rag rag se waakif hu tumhaare. Laad de de kar sar par chadha kar rakkha hai sabne." Seeing Bela pulling Bulbul's ear, Maahir immediately pushed Bela and said, "8 saal ki bachchi hai uska aise kaan kheechte hai kya? Kaisi zaalim aurat ho." Saying he pampered Bulbul and said, "Aww mela bachcha! Bulbul beta bata do na ke aisa aapne kiya hai kyuki sabko pata hai aise atrangi harkate aap hi kar sakti ho kyuki sabko ye bhi pata hai ke aapko Reyhaan uncle pasand nehi hai." Bulbul made a face and angrily replied, "Vo Chimpanjee mujhe pasand nehi hai, Dracula ne bola to muh utha kar chale aane ki kya zarurat thi? Isiliye maine aisa kiya aur jo log mujhe nehi pasand hai main unke saath aisa hi karungi." Bela sat on the bed and replied, "I knew it! Kabhi kabhi mujhe ye ladki itni zyaada frustrated kar deti hai na ke... Ekdam dragon waala skin hai is ladki ka." Bulbul pouted looking at Maahir and said, "Daddy dekho na mamma mujhe dragon bol rahi hai." Maahir replied, "Koi nehi agar aap Dragon ho to vo Dragon ki mummy hai, bari waali Dragon." Bulbul didn't understand the light touch of sarcasm in it and she smiled and seeing Maahir's casual attitude towards Bulbul's activities, Bela said, "Of course! Tumhaare jaise hopeless kisam ke baap ke hote huye, main Bulbul se kya ummeed kar sakti hu." Maahir caught that swing of Bela and askeed, "Tum to bari hopeful thi, to phir ye aisi kyu ban gayi?" Bulbul said to Maahir, "Vaise na daddy main aapse ek baat kahu, agar chimpanjee ke jagah par vo chipkali bhi hoti na to main uske saath bhi aisa hi karti." Maahir made a face and seeing that Bela was very amused and then asked, "Kyu ab achcha laga sunkar?" Maahir asked Bela, "Ek minute yaar please! Meri ek baat ka jawaab do, agar tum Bulbul ki jagah par hoti aur tumhaare saamne koi aadmi sasurji ke rehte huye saasumom ko line maarta to tum kya karti?" Bela angrily asked, "Ye kaisa behuda sawaal hai?" Maahir replied, "Main to sirf puch raha hu, Bulbul to ye sab apne aakho ke saamne dekh rahi hai. Vaise sochte huye bhi gussa aaya na, socho tum itni bari ho gayi ho phir bhi tumhe gussa aa raha hai aur ye to 8 saal ki bachchi hai aur uske aakho ke saamne ye sab ho raha hai to usko kaise react karna chahiye? Ab 8 saal ki bachchi ek full grown adult ke tarah to behave nehi kar sakti hai na." Bela said to Maahir, "Mujhe bekaar ka jhamela pasand nehi hai Maahir, I just wanted to avoid the chaos. Already life mein bohot problems chal rahi hai, mujhe aur nehi chahiye." She then looked at Bulbul and said, "Bulbul listen to me very carefully, aaj shaam ko sangeet hai, aaj koi tamasha nehi chahiye mujhe ghar mein, yaad rakhna. Agar tumhe Reyhaan uncle ka yaha rehna nehi pasand hai then just avoid him. No need to indulge in any sort of fight!" Saying that, Bela left from there and after she left, Maahir said to Bulbul, "Mamma to kehti hi rehti hai, Bulbul kaunsa har baat maanti hai aur aaj na aapne jo kuch bhi kiya bilkul thik kiya, bohot achcha kiya, mujhe bhi vo aadmi bilkul pasand nehi hai. Jab tumhaari mamma aur main saath rehte the tab ek din mamma ko Anu par itna gussa aaya ke unhone uspar drink geera diya jaan bujh kar. Agar mamma kar sakti hai to meri baby kyu nehi kar sakti?" Bulbul thought and nodded her head in agreement thinking that when her father was supporting her activities then she should boldly continue that. During the evening, Bela came to make Bulbul ready for the sangeet function with a new dress. On seeing Bela, Bulbul made an angry face and looked away from her and seeing that Bela asked, "Ab kya hua? Kyu muh bana kar bethi hui ho?" Bulbul, still in that same position, replied, "Main strangers se baat nehi karti hu." Now, with that answer, Bela made a face and replied, "What?? Stranger?? Yaha stranger kaun hai?" Bulbul replied, "Aap!" Bela put Bulbul's dress on the bed and asked, "Kya matlab?" Bulbul now looked at Bela and replied, "Aap mere liye stranger hi ho, kyuki aap meri mamma nehi ho. Meri mamma mujhse bohot pyar karti hai, aap nehi karti ho, aap hamesha Dracula ka side leti ho aur sirf mujhe hi daatne lagti ho. Mujhe sirf daddy aur naani hi pyar karte hai aur koi nehi." Bela sat down on the bed and replied, "Main tumhe aise hi daatne nehi lagti hu baby, tum harkate hi kabhi kabhi aisi karti ho. Main jitna tumhe manaa karti hu ke naanu ko gussa mat dilaao, tum aur bhi zyaada wahi karti ho aur main in sab se tang aa jaati hu. Mujhse itni tension ab bardaasht nehi hoti hai." Bulbul replied, "Aapne to bola tha ke aapko bhi chimpanjee pasand nehi hai to phir main jab unko bhagaana chahti hu to aap kyu mujhe aisa karne nehi deti ho." Bela replied, "Because you need to trust me beta! Mamma tumhaari koi choti bachchi nehi hai ke koi bhi aayega aur zabardasti unki shaadi kara dega. Tumhaari mamma bohot strong hai isliye tumhe meri fikar karne ki zarurat nehi hai. Tum choti bachchi ho, bachcho ki tarah raho, you just don't need to grow up right now! Naanu aisa chahte hai, main nehi aur naanu kahenge to main bhi koi dusri shaadi nehi kar lungi. Tum yaha aayi ho shaadi enjoy karo aur please Reyhaan se dur raho, I'll manage my things, am I clear?" Bulbul nodded her head and then Bela kissed her forehead and gave her the dress and said, "Dekho ye main laayi tumhaare liye, ab jaldi se ready ho jaao, phir mamma aakar baal bana degi." When Bela left from there, Bulbul picked up her dress and said, "Daddy sahi kehte hai mere baare mein, main kaunsi saari baate manne waali hu." Saying she went to get ready for the sangeet.
