Maya's point of view
"Okay I'll get this one out of your hair for the night..I'll bring him back around..9am?" Josh spoke how a few minutes later from across the room. "Sounds good" Cory replied, him and topanga both saying bye to Auggie
Lucas, and I were sitting at the table with them while Riley, Zay and Smackle were on the couch talking. "Sorry about that..Josh can be a little possessive sometimes" Topanga chuckled, taking a seat in front of us again
"It's nothing" lucas replied with a sweet smile. I looked up to him in awe, isn't he just so cute? "Ah! What the heck is that!" Cory freaked out, pointing to the shiny ring I had wrapped around my finger
"Oh this?" I smirked, flashing my hand in front of his face. Topanga gasped, "are you guys engaged! Wow that was quick it's only been like a week hasn't it?" She looked to us shocked. Lucas chuckled softly, "oh no it's-" he started before she cut him off
"You knkw Cory and I got married at a very young age too! He proposed to me at our graduation ceremony. I mean of course I said yes but I remember thinking we were absolutely crazy! We had no money, no plans, it was just us. I think that's what made it so special, the fact that it was young and spontaneous..however, definitely the best decision we've ever had because without it we might not have had Riley, oh I remember seeing her face in the delivery room, she was all screaming as crying. And then a few months later we had Maya, she was a dream, completely unlike Riley however a bit more of a rebel" she laughed, rambling on to Lucas
I made an 'awe' face "guys! That's so sweet..you do know you aren't actually my parents though..right?" I joke sweetly. Cory and topamga look at me blankly, "and then we had auggie a few years after Maya, that's when we knew our life was complete. I highly recommend getting engaged while your young; it makes the love last! Oh I hope Farkle proposes to Riley too!" topanga ignored me, carrying in explaining
"Mom! Stop boring my friends we have to go!" Riley whined from behind us. "Oh alright, alright" topamga chuckled. "Were not actually engaged..it was just a birthday present" I laugh to them
"But thanks for the idea though, I'll definitely use it" Lucas smirked, wrapping an arm around my waist "No! No proposimf!" Cory protested "Cory! Young love is the beat love! Let them be!" Topanga defended us
"At least it's not Riley.." he mumbled in response. "Oh daddy by the way I asked Farkle for a matching one" Riley smiled from the door, a smile on her face as she watched her father almost faint
"Well we should get going, have a lovely night" Lucas smiled kindly to Mr and Mrs Matthews. "You too, Lucas..be safe kids!" They replied..well more Mrs Matthews as Cory was still recovering from his faint
Lucas and I followed the others out the door, closing it behind us "where to?" Zay asked as we walked down the hallway. "Oh you already know" Riley smirked
