''Do we have to share the bike?'' I asked. ''Because your brother isn't responsible enough to have his own, Hannah,'' Mom said. Luke and I have been sharing the same bike, which isn't fun. I want to ride it with my twin brother and that isn't possible now. ''But your dad and I are going to take him for a ride, okay? We'll be right back,'' Mom said as she grabbed her helmet. ''Bye, mom.''

 ''Hannah! You'll never believe it. Dad just bought me my own bike,'' Luke said. ''That's awesome. But what's wrong?'' I asked him. ''How did you know?'' He asked me. ''Twin telepathy,'' I said and Luke looked at me very shocked. ''I'm kidding. You're a bad liar,'' I said and Luke calmed down. ''I scratched it on my into the driveway,'' Luke explained. Then someone knocked on the door

''I'll leave,'' I said as dad entered the room and asked for Luke.

''Let's go,'' I said as I got on my bike. ''Hold up, Hannah,'' Dad said as Luke and he also got on their bikes. 

''I'll race you to the end,'' Luke said. ''That is not a good idea... for you,'' Dad said. ''Oh, come on, dad. It's a race,'' I said. ''No. Not smart,'' Dad said. ''Chicken,'' I said and Luke and I started making chicken noises.
