Let me tell you something first:
Being positive isn't easy but it's really worth it.- The first thing to do is to find out what makes you feel good:
Practicing Sport, Reading, Writing, Studying, Doing Yoga, Watching TV or Series, Cleaning, Eating healthy, Singing, Drawing, Hiking, ext...
- After that you should do a list.
I know that this might seems a little stressful but it isn't just try it you won't lose anything.
- The list must include:
1- At least two of the things that make you feel good like it is mentioned above.
2- One or two things you must do (Homework, Work, Cleaning...)
