Here's some tips on how to cope with anxiety. I hope these help!!
1) Listening to music: This definitely helps me. Just putting headphones on(you don't have to if you don't want to!)and putting on your favorite songs really helps. I do it everytime I get anxious.
2) Meditation: Sitting down and closing your eyes and taking deep breaths helps a lot. Just blocking all the bad negativity helps. Closing your eyes and taking deep breaths is very calming and helpful too!!
3) Yoga: I know it sounds a little shocking but trust me, it helps! Everytime I need to calm down I just do some yoga! Yoga is very calming and relaxing!
4) Talking to someone: I tell my friends everything, it helps to tell someone. If you're anxious or sad, you can always tell someone. It can help you calm down too!
