Lilia

I was just in my room texting Jack while I was waiting for Millie to come over.
He was out getting pizza.

Jack:i miss
you

Lilia:don't be
gay, dude lmao
we've only been apart
for a few hours

I might have invited him over earlier for snacks and a cuddle.
It was a nice long warm cuddle, too.
I just feel so bad for cheating on Millie like that though.
She says it's okay, but I believe in monogamy, silly me.
I gotta do something about this.

Jack:it feels like
forever.
the smell of you has
worn off of me : (

I chuckle and had heard the knocking at the front door.
I texted Jack, letting him know that I had to go.

Lilia:gtg
don't text and drive
<3

I heard the front door open and I also heard Millie talking.
"We'll talk about this later, I'm at Lili's.. Finn, I gotta go.. kay, I love you, bye baby."
She comes into my room and looks at me with a smile.
"Hey.
So what did you need me for?"
The brunette asked.
I was so pissed.
I feel like she loves Finn more than she loves me.

"You never talk to me like that."
I state.
The younger girl rolls her eyes jokingly.
"Oh are you seriously jealous?"
"No Millie, I'm upset."
I say seriously.
Her smile fades and she put her phone in her pocket.
"Lilia, really?"
She said.

I stood up from my bed.
"I don't think you really love me anymore and I think you being a polyamorist was just an excuse for you to be with Finn and string me along."
I didn't hold back.
I was hurt.
I didn't want this talk to be like this, but my feelings got in the way.

"Lilia, no, I-I do love you but-"
"No you don't!
You spend all your time with Finn and you talk to Finn and even when we sometimes hang out, all you do is talk about Finn.
It's Finn, Finn, Finn!"
I had interrupted her.
I couldn't take the talk about her other partner.
I feel like if you're gonna love two people at once, then they should get equal attention.

Millie shook her head, looking scared and sad.
"You love him more than me.
Say it."
I demand.
The brunette tears up and shakes her head.
"No."
"Say it!"
I yell at her.
She screams back crying.
"No!"
"You don't love me!"
"I do, you just don't understand."
The younger girl sobs.

My phone chimed from my bed and I look down to see what it was.
It was just a message from my mom.
The time was nine-thirteen.
I look up at the crying brunette.
I can't be with her.
She doesn't love me anymore.
And I don't think I really love her either.
I love Jack.
"Mills...we're done."

She froze up and looks at me in shock.
Millie began shaking her head.
"No. No, but I love-"
"We don't love each other!"
I express.
The girl began sobbing even louder.
I didn't want to look at her.
"Now go and run to your boyfriend."
I say coldly.
And she did.
She ran out crying and slammed the door behind her.

I fell back on my bed just running through everything that just happened.
I did it.
I let go of her.
Someone I once loved.
And I began to tear up.
