    Ibuki has ADHD. That's one of the reasons why she's so hyper all the time. She's supposed to take meds but her meds have stopped working years ago and she hasn't told anyone about it. Why? Because she hates taking her pills. It makes her feel all empty and like her personality has been stripped away. She never wants to take pills ever again.
