Chapter 4- Playing Games

Last night, me and Devyn picked a whole bunch of stuff for my room. Most of it was dark-colored, my favorite. I turn on my music, alt r&b style, and grab a sharpie. I flop down on my bed and draw on my arms. The sun is barely rising at this point so I stay quiet, trying not to wake anyone. After I get bored I go up to the bathroom they said was mine to share with someone else. I can't seem to remember who... too excited to remember I guess. I get undressed and throw my clothes in a pile next to the door.

Someone knocked on the door as I was cleaning myself off.
Y/n- come on in. I'm in the shower so don't get any smart ideas.
Colby- Jake told me I could use his bathroom since Katrina's showering in the other one, I didn't know you were in here. I can go downstairs if you'd like
His voice... his morning voice... oh god no
Y/N- oh- uh go ahead I'm just showering
Colby- clearly
He chuckles and quietly does his thing, washing his face and getting ready too. I didn't realize I was staring until he stood up all the way, causing me to gasp and hide behind the safety of the shower curtain.
Colby- don't think you're so sneaky
Y/N- uh- see I just wanted to know what you were doing that was taking so long not looking at you I'm not like that why would I stare-
Colby chuckles and clears his throat, so I peek my head out again
Colby- don't lie to me now, it's too late. 
Y/N- yeah yeah I was staring. I don't know why but I was
Colby- It's fine love, I'll take it as a compliment 
He smirks at me and I hide once more, hearing him leave.

~time skip~

You walk out in your cropped hoodie and ripped black jeans, feeling a little confident. You were hungry so you walked downstairs to sneak a snack before breakfast. 
Y/N- oh hey colbs *you push yourself onto the island and take a seat*
Colby- sup
He's drinking a white claw... alcohol. This early? I mean I'm sure he's an interesting drunk though. Probably the crazy possessive attention loving kind. That would be interesting. I wonder if he'd ask me for my attention? No, that's unlikely. He must have noticed my blush because he walks closer and steps between my knees
Colby- your face is quite pink kiddo
Y/N- don't call me kiddo and DON'T get the idea it's from you
Colby- Don't get feisty now. What if I'm just in your head? Are you obsessed with me? Do you want me to be here, standing between your legs, whispering to you...
He smirks and just like that he's gone. I'm absolutely dumbfounded
Y/N- Colby?
He was walking down the stairs
Colby- huh
Y/N- what the fuck- why are you there
Colby- uh cuz I'm walking downstairs?
Y/N- but you were right here?!
Colby- don't get your hopes up
He winks before I groan and lean back, crossing my arms. What the fuck just happened?!
