Dread on Arrival

"They have Lloyd."

"And the three Oni masks." Zane added.

"The Quiet One—" Kai started, followed by his sister cutting in.

"—who is Harumi."

"—is gonna resurrect the evil spirit of and then—" Kai got cut off by the commissioner himself.

"Just stop! The princess is behind all this?" He asked.

"Which is why we need you behind us." Cole answered.

"Along with everyone on your force." Nya added.

"I'm not ready to lose my city just yet." The commissioner turns to his desk and dials the phone. "Person on the other end of this phone, get me the mayor." He demanded, followed by a short silence. "Yes, I'll hold."

Kai traverse in the water, as the commissioner distracts the Sons of Garmadon with his men. 

"Thanks, Commissioner. We got it from here. Pixal, get me to the palace." Kai said to the Nindroid.

"You're going to make the first left, then a right." Pixal told the Master of Fire over the comm, with Kai following the direction.

"Copy that."

Kai continued the route, eventually reaching a path where a fishing net is hanging.

"Uh, Pix, I got a fishing net in the way. This path is blocked." Kai hesitantly said.

"I can reroute you." Pix suggested.

"There's no time. Hold on." Kai said to himself and fires spears at the net, cutting it and making a hole Kai can pass through. He proceeds his route, getting closer to his friends, who were waiting for him in diving clothes.

"Did you just tell yourself to "hold on?" Pixal asked, furrowing her eyebrows.

"It felt like the moment needed it. Picking up the others now." Kai replied, and he reached the others. They jumped into the water, immediately holding onto Kai's submarine. "Hold on. And for the record, I was telling that to the others, not myself." 

They use a side entrance underwater to get in, unnoticed by the Sons of Garmadon.

"You got us to the palace. Thanks, Pix." Kai thanked the Nindroid, nodding.

"Do take precaution." 

"We will. You take care of little Master Wu. See you on the other side." Kai smirked, before turning off the comm.

Ultra Violet, Killow, and Mr. E go to Harumi with the masks, as the rest of the members are fighting off the police. Harumi is standing in the middle of the remaining part of the Palace of Secrets. It was a circle with odd marking on the sides, where she stood on. In front of Harumi was a clear view of the trap where Misako and Lloyd were trapped in.

"Good. You've brought the masks. Any trouble?" Harumi asked, readying herself.

"Nothing the others can't handle." Killow answered, dismissing the subject.

"Then the ceremony is ready."

Lloyd spoke up, "I get it. I hurt you. And you want to hurt me, but isn't the way. You don't have to do this. We will stop you." He said, making the Sons of Garmadon laugh.

"Hear that? They'll stop you." Ultra Violet snickered, leaning towards Harumi.

Harumi glared at the Green Ninja, "You put too much faith in your friends, Lloyd."

"And you put too little." Misako spat back, earning another glare of the Quiet One.

"Place the masks in position." Harumi ordered, and the three went to stand in a triangle. "Clotho venge. Clotho decer. Clotho haeed!"
