it was the first day of february break so i decided i wanted to plan something with all the girls and gabi. i made a groupchat with everyone on snapchat.

i didn't know naomi that well but i figured it'd be whatever. i just wanted to have a good night with them all. the whole group had been pretty close since our freshman year and ella's eighth grade year but this year was definitely when we all started to grow apart. everyone just got so busy but we still tried to get together every once in awhile. i was really excited for everyone to officially get acquainted with gabi because since she was a senior and just moved here this year they weren't all friends with her. i'm sure they'd love her though. who wouldn't love gab? she's so funny, so sweet, and everyone you'd want in a friend or a girlfriend. i was so ready to make things official but i needed a more creative way to ask still. i was looking through instagram mindlessly when my phone started ringing with an incoming call deja.

i stared at alivia when the facetime connected. "naomi...naomi patel's coming." she nodded, "what's the issue?" alivia must've forgotten that naomi and i have NEVER liked each other so i had to refresh her memory. way back when before i even started dating alejandro she never failed to suddenly become friends with every single person i'd befriend, especially boys.

just for example roshaun and alvaro before they moved, she supposedly was talking to kairi over the summer, mattia, and even ella and alivia. the best part is how she constantly flirts with alejandro even now that we've been dating for over 2 and a half years.

i just don't understand why she does these things. she's a gorgeous girl who can get plenty of attention from anyone else but she finds genuine amusement in trying to wreck and tear down other people's connections. maybe it comes from deep insecurity and i should feel bad for her but i truly didn't because she's tried to sabotage me one too many times. how'd she even slither her way into this hangout? she knows we're all good friends with yasmine and she could've just said she didn't want to invade our sleepover but that's not what naomi does.

she lives for drama from sticky situations similar to this one. after my rant alivia didn't seem impressed, "you guys still have beef because of that?" i rolled my eyes, "of course. she just continues to do it." alivia told me i needed to be more rational and understanding. whatever. i still don't like her. i agreed to at least be nice to her and not ruin the night which made liv smile. i said bye and hung up the phone. as long as it was making alivia happy i would be cool with naomi for the time being. but, if she starts absolutely anything i have to say something. it's inevitable. i'm not a petty or mean person but i swear, that girl brings out the absolute worst in me.
