After our meal we headed to the house party which was chocker blocker,literally.
Everyone separated their own ways
"Avanni!"I yelled over the music shoving past people in the dance room
She turned to me and shouted something back but I couldn't tell
"What?!"I yelled
"I wanna dance with this *cutie* I'll meet you in the kitchen or something?!"She yelled back but mouthing the word 'cutie' whilst pointing at a boy
I sighed nodded and shoving my way to the kitchen
I poured my self a glass of water
I jumped up onto the counter so I was sitting on it it was only me and a couple in there because everyone where in the other rooms before a girl and boy came in that where sucking eachothers faces off
I looked down at my phone,not interested.
"Mia?"A boy said coming in
I looked up to see a quite bulky boy standing at the door of the kitchen
"Oh my god Josh"The girl that just came in muttered
"Whose that?"A familiar voice mumbled to the girl
Don't tell me that was Payton
I hesitated to look at the boy with the girl,yup it was Payton
"Who the fucks this?"The boy said approaching Payton
"Hi I'm uh-Payton"Payton stuttered,the josh boy was a giant compared to Payton plus the boy looked a lot older like 19 or 20
Why does Payton always get himself in situations like this?
"You didn't tell me you had a boyfriend and that he was at the party Mia"Payton snapped at the Mia girl
"I didn't know he was here"She said
"Your dead"the josh kid spat at Payton before swinging at him
Payton dodges his punch and swung back by punching 'josh' in the face sending him stumbling towards me
He regained his balance and punched Payton in the face
They just started punching eachother
"josh stop!"Mia screamed as everyone started flooding into the small kitchen and by everyone i mean like 3 people because the kitchen was tiny and no more could fit
They where still getting at it and it was getting tougher as they went on
I jumped down because I could vision one of them getting thrown at me
'Josh' grabbed Payton by the neck and held his fist up to punch him
No one was doing anything wtf.
I grabbed one of the glasses of tequila and smashed it over 'joshes' head making him fall down
Payton fell down a bit but I grabbed his arm stopping him from falling
"Your so stupid"I snapped at him
He chuckled a bit looking to me with blood pouring from his nose,mouth and cheek
"I'm serious Payton."I snapped at him
"Shows over you can all go"I yelled at everyone who was still standing there
Mia and two other boys dragged 'josh' out the back door
"How long where you sat there for?"Payton asked me
"The whole time,since you came in the kitchen."I muttered opening my bag reaching for the wipes
"So your telling me the whole 2 hours we've been here you've been sat in here?"He scoffed
I nodded taking out a wipe
"Thank you for Uhm-knocking him out with a tequila bottle"He said breaking the silence
"I had nothing better to do,although I did enjoy watching you get bitten the shit out of"I smirked
"I'm sure he's got a few dints in his face"He laughed
"So have you."I muttered wiping his cheek free of blood
I reached for my glass of water pouring it onto the wipe
"Wait won't that sting?"He said grabbing my wrist
"It's water."I snapped pulling my wrist away
"Jeez your boring,sitting in the kitchen,sober at a house party"he laughed
"How much have you drunk?"I asked looking into his eyes
"Not that much,seriously"He shrugged
I nodded now wiping the blood from his lip
"There."I smiled putting the bloody wipes in the trash can
"Thanks."He smiled bouncing off the counter
"No problem"I smiled in return turning away
"So are you just going to sit in here for the rest of the night?"He asked as I went back and sat on the counter
"seems like it"I shrugged reaching for my phone
"I normally have to drive back anyway"I muttered
"Okay well I'll sit with you then"He said sitting on the counter opposite me,he was sitting on the island bit
"For the next god knows how many hours?"I asked raising a brow
"Well who said we had to stay here?"He smirked also raising a brow and running his hand through his hair
"I'm not going in there to dance with strangers"I chuckled
"I'm not a stranger am I?"He asked giving me a sheepish smile
"I cant dance"I sighed fucking a strand of hair behind my ear awkwardly
"So if you could you would dance with me?"He asked nodding ,his hair flopping.
I chuckled not answering
"Want to go outside then?"He asked hopping down
"Sure why not" I muttered grabbing his hand and hopping down
We walked out into the back garden and sat on a bench
"Now What"I asked
"I don't know what do you do when you sit on a bench?"He asked
"You know you can just go back in there,I don't need you to keep me company"I sighed sitting back and crossing my legs
"Do you really think a girl would want to dance with me when my face is all cut up?"He laughed
"Maybe I don't know go find out."I shrugged
He sighed standing up
"Stay here then."He ordered walking back inside
For some reason I didn't want him to go,I just didn't want to seem like I wanted him to stay
I let my head fall back as I balanced my bag in between the wall and bench so it was like a cushion
I crossed my arms and put my small jacket over me like a blanket
It was more peaceful out here,quieter.
I closed my eyes,I wasn't tired I just wanted to rest them because they where sore.
I heard the sliding off the back door and opened my eyes
"Did you find anyone?"I asked as Payton sat down
"I didn't try,it's better sitting out here anyway."He said sitting back next to me
"Are you cold?"He asked noticing the small jacket that I was clinging onto
"No."

"You look it."He chuckled sitting forward
"Well I'm not"

"Even if your not take my jacket,It's got fur in."He said taking of his denim jacket
It was fluffy on the inside
"No keep it"I said pushing it away
"Put it on"He chuckled throwing it to me
"I'm not cold"I laughed throwing it back
"I don't care,put it on"He chuckled throwing it back
"Nope"I smirked throwing it back at him
"Right"He muttered going behind the bench and putting it round my shoulders
I laughed as he rested his head on top of mine
"And cos I'm feeling kind you can wear my spare beanie"He chuckled shoving his beanie on my head
I laughed as he continued to rest his head on mine
"You can get off my head now"I giggled
"Will you keep my jacket and beanie on?"He asked
"Fine"I laughed
"There."He smiled flopping down next to me

"You know what we could do?"I questioned breaking the silence
He looked to me
"Sit in the car,it's warmer there"I said
"Do you have the keys?"He asked
"I think so"I said reaching for my bag
"Yup"I said taking them out
"let's go"He said pulling me up

"Oh my god I have to walk through there looking like a weirdo"I chuckled stopping at the door after seeing my reflection in the glass on the door
"It's fine"He laughed grabbing my arm
"no I'm serious Payton"I laughed
"Come here"He said grabbing my hand
"Now we look like a normal couple where Iv been an amazing boyfriend and gave you my jacket and hoodie"He said in the kitchen before we got to the main room where everyone was dancing
"Run run run"I laughed as we ran to the front door and down the pathway to the car
I bounced into the car door for some reason thinking it would open
"Ow"I shrieked bouncing back onto the floor
I looked to Payton who was laughing whilst stumbling towards me helping me up
I couldn't stop laughing,I unlocked the car and we jumped in the back,it was so warm
"Here"I said reaching over into the boot of the car and grabbing two blankets
I gave one to him and we connected my phone to the aux and played our own music

"Nobody like you!"I sang loudly turning up the music whilst Payton sat there with his beanie over his eyes and slumped down in the chair with blanket over him
"If I need your love with you give it to me"I sang whilst recording myself
"I won't let go until you let me in I won't let go until you let me love you!"I recorded myself
