*Adam's pov*

I woke up to hear a lot of noise coming from the kitchen. I jumped out of bed and ran out to the kitchen. Anabelle was rummaging thorugh the fridge, looking for blood.

Little did she know, I had hid the blood bags so she wouldn't totally drain the supply.

She stopped going through the fridge and turned around. She must have heard me behind her.

"Where is the blood?" She growled. Her eyes were blood red as they glanced over me. I sighed. Her blood lust is controlling her now.

"Anabelle, baby, listen to me," I started but she lunged at me and pinned me. I looked at her in surprise and tried to move.

Her grip tightened and her nails dug into me. I couldn't move. I bared my teeth at her but she just did it back.

"Anabelle, I know you can hear me. Don't let your blood lust control you sweetie," I tried to reason with her. For a moment I seen the crazed frenzy look fade from her eyes.

"Anabelle come on baby," I encouraged. Her grip loosened and I flipped us over.

"Are you going to be a good girl now?" I asked and just like that the blood lust took over her again.

"Get off me," she snarled. It didn't even sound like her. She began to struggle and I had to use every ounce of strength I had to contain her.

"Not until you're you," I said. The look she gave me made my skin crawl. I knew she would kill me.

I remembered what the thirst was like for me. It was painful, and I was willing to do anything to make it so I would never feel it again.

We stayed in this position for hours. She would struggle for minutes but would then stop.

"Adam?" Her voice rang thorugh my thoughts. I looked at her and I could see the blood lust faded from her eyes.

"Baby, you're back," I cooed. She gave me a glare and rolled her eyes.

"Can I get up now?" She asked. She sounded really annoyed. Oh yeah last night. She wasn't too happy with me.

Why doesn't he just tell me why he turned me? I want to know who I was.

I sighed.

"Anabelle. Do you really want to know why I turned you?" I asked her. She nodded her head.

"You're going to hate me," I frowned.

"Was it that bad?"

I nodded my head and mentally prepared myself for her going to kill me.

*********

*Anabelle's pov*

He looked scared. How bad could it be?

"Alright," he said and got off of me and stood up. He pulled me up with him and led me to the table at the kitchen.

"Alright, here it goes." He stared into my eyes and I shivered. That damn feeling again.

"Okay so you know there are vampires in the world. People have always feared the thought of vampires. And at one point there were vampire hunters. Now vampires are very hard to kill. We must be torn to shreds and then cover the shreds in holy water. It would ensure that we woud never come back to life."

"Wait we can't go near holy water?" I asked him.

"It'll just burn us if we aren't torn to shreds. It won't kill us. If it is poured on a vampire after being torn to shreds it just makes sure that we don't come back to life," he told me.

I nodded my head telling him to continue.

"There were once many vampire hunters, but now only one family remains. And it was your family," he said and I gasped.

"My parents are vampire hunters?" I asked him with shock.

"Yes. And they were going to make you a part of the vampire hunters. Your parents are the only two remaining. They are some of the best hunters in history. Between them they have killed hundreds of vampires. It was assigned to every vampire, even outcasts, that they must be stopped."

He looked at me, watching my reaction. I just stared at him.

"The order was to kill their daughter. They needed to make sure that the vampire hunters would not continue. I knew where your parents lived. I had heard about the party that every teenager was going to in that town so I showed up. I had a general idea of what you looked like. The Vampire Council had done their research. So I went to the party and waited for you to arrive," he said.

"I expected for me to find you and just kill you quick. I know it's sick of me, but I didn't want the chance of being hunted down by 3 vampire hunters. I lived so close to your parents, I was surprised they hadn't found me yet."

"Anyways, I was at the party when I saw you. But there was something about you. I knew I couldn't kill you," he said.

"Why? Why didn't you just kill me?" I asked. I was horrified that he was going to kill me, but now I'm a vampire forever.

"You're my mate," he told me. My jaw dropped.

"You are not my mate," I growled.

"I know you have some kind of feeling Anabelle! You just can't tell because of your blood lust," he argued with me.

"What happened to my parents?" I asked and he turned away from me.

"What happened to them?" I yelled.

"I'm sorry," he said and didn't look at me.

"You killed them?" I screamed at him.

"I'm sorry!"

Anger coursed through me. He killed my parents. Then he turned me into a blood sucking monster.

"I hate you! You aren't my mate! My mate woudn't have done this to me!" I yelled and then got up.

"Anabelle please don't be like this," he got up and blocked the entrance. He touched my shoulders and I snarled. I pulled away from him.

"Get the hell away from me! You killed my parents!" I cried and threw him off of me.

"Anabelle I'm sorry!"

"No. If you were my mate, you wouldn't have killed my family! Even if I don't know them anymore I will never have that chance to ever see them again! You murdered them!" I screamed at him.

"I didn't know you were my mate. If I had known I wouldn't have touched them," he explained.

"You still did it. You killed my family and then you were going to kill me," I said.

"I'm sorry," he pleaded with me and I shook my head. I knew he wasn't sorry. There is no way. He killed my family.

I walked to the door and walked out. I heard Adam yelling, but I didn't care. I can't stay in the same house as him right now. I need time to myself and away from the man that took everything from me.

I ran as fast as I could, just in case he decided to come after me. I really hope he doesn't. But a tiny part of me hopes he does.

My parents can't be dead. They can't be. I had hoped that once I got under control I could see them again, but now I know there is no more hope for me to go and see them.

I stopped running and slumped against a tree. I had nothing. I was a sick creature and I had no one.

I wish this had never happened to me.
