Quick note: This author has another book that is almost completed (impatiently waiting for the epilogue) called "Playing Rough" and y'all. I'M OBSESSED. The sexual tension in that book is making me literally want to cry lol. If you enjoyed this book, PLEASE give that one a try. I was going to make a whole other chapter for it but just thought I would insert it right here!

Thoughts:
Ahhh teacher/student relationships. You either love 'em or hate 'em. I usually land right in the middle. It takes something fantastic for me to continue reading.
I will say that a lot of this book is a little unrealistic, but I'm at a point where life is a little too realistic and needed an escape. I'm also a tad bit in love with Chemistry lab TA. He's freaking Italian for God sakes.
Okay so the actual book is so cute. The romance takes a backseat a lot of the time (so far) because we're following Hunter through a super rough time. He's a super mature and redeeming character. Every situation he's in, he takes a step back and really evaluates a way to benefit everyone. That is something I really admire about him.
Blake is so attractive. This is not just because Ian Harding is him in my head by the way. The way the author has him speak, has him act is just making him out to be the perfect man that I want and need in my life as well.
The writing style is also something I admire as a sort-of writer myself (give my one-shot a try lol). It is very easy to follow and feels like the author puts themselves in the shoes of each character to really evaluate how each of them would act throughout the plot. Being super subjective when writing is super beneficial for the reader to create those relationships with the characters.
Would 10/10 recommend this one!
