Bahja

I have been in this holding cell all morning with Nique. And to think we would have gotten away with this, if it weren't for Roc and that trick. Around nine in the morning, our manager came to bail us out. She was pissed; she hated spending money. When we got outside, she just started ranting. "Are you two freaking serious? You KNOW how much I hate spending money, and you pull shit like this? Why?! You know what? You two are on LOCKDOWN. The only thing you can have back are your phones. NO parties, NO hanging out, nothing!" Zonnique stopped walking. "What? That's not fair!" She whined like a baby. "Life isn't fair!" Trina snapped back. We both rolled our eyes as Trina handed back our phones. I unlocked it and saw how many messages I had: 328. I smiled to myself; people really do love me, don't they? I scrolled through majority of my messages without reading them, until a message from Bre caught my eye. When I opened it, I froze. My mind couldn't process what I was reading.

Breaunnaaa: Bahja… Prod and Amber date now… just thought you should know that.

He asked her out? Prod really asked this girl out?! After all my efforts to prevent it?! I was pissed. I was silent the whole ride back to our hotel. When we got there, I just stormed off to my bed, where I laid on my back and just stared at the ceiling. I had to conjure up another plan that wouldn't involve me ending up in jail. I fiddled around with my pink jeweled necklace. It was a single pink crystal on a string of pure silver. My mom gave it to me when I was 5, and I haven't taken it off since. She always told me it would come in handy one day. As I wallowed in my thought, an idea struck me. I whipped out my pink iPhone and scrolled through my recent Facebook contacts. When I found who I was looking for, I dialed the number that was on their profile. It rang a few times before they picked it up. "Hello?" they answered in a confused voice. I began speaking. “Hello? Is this Jared? … Hi, It's Bahja, and I have a proposition for you…”

Amber

It was around 3 o'clock. For the past 24 hours, I've been on cloud nine. I finally had the boyfriend of my dreams, and girl I despised was locked away until further notice. What more could I ask for? Today, Prod was taking me on a date. Just the two of us; no MB, no OMG, no back up dancers, no DJ's, no one. We were just gonna be a normal teenage couple. We were just gonna take a walk through the park downtown and just talk, because it seemed as if every time we met up, something chaotic happened. I was putting the finishing touches on my lip gloss, when my mom knocked on the door. I opened it and she began talking, "Amber, Craig is here for your date." I smiled; it was cute how she called him by his first name. "You can just call him Prod, mom." I grabbed my bag and headed toward the door, when my mom grabbed me by my shoulders. "Amber, stay safe today, alright?" I nodded my head. I trotted downstairs to find Prod sitting on my couch watching cartoons. He was such a big kid. I came up behind him and talked into his ear, "Are you having fun?" He jumped, as if I scared him, then he laughed. "Don't scare me like that Amber!" We we're both dying and I kissed him on the cheek. My mom came downstairs to say goodbye. Prod walked me to the car, where Walter awaited. I guess he was our chauffeur for the day. We hopped in the car and Walter sped away. I started to talk to Prod, "This is the first time we get to be alone, like just the two of us." He looked at me and smiled, "Yeah, I finally get some time with my girl." He wrapped his arm around me and I rested my head on his shoulder. Walter looked back at us. "Awwww," he said sarcastically. We all started dying. We were at the park pretty soon, so Walter dropped us off. Before he drove away, he told Prod, "I'll be nearby if you need anything. And be on the look out for, you know... Any trouble." He winked at Prod. Prod nodded, and Walter drove away. He then turned to me, "What do you want to do first?" I turned my head to across the street, "How about we get some frozen yogurt?" He looked at me skeptical. "In the middle of November?" I laughed and playfully punched him in the abs, "It's never too cold for frozen yogurt!" He joined in my laughter. "Truuuuu," he said, trying to sound like 2 Chainz. We laughed again and linked arms. We were both really corny, I loved it, and it was cute. We strolled over to the frozen yogurt shop. I ordered the plain vanilla, with diced peaches on top. Prod, on the other hand, ordered cherry flavored yogurt with gummy bears and sprinkles for toppings. I laughed at him, "Well isn't that healthy." He mocked me sarcastically, "Ha ha ha, you're a comedian." We both laughed, paid for the yogurt, and strolled slowly to the park. We sat on a bench, and just started looking at the clouds in the sky. It wasn't cold out today, just dry. Prod broke the silence by laughing. I stared at him. "What's so funny?" He stopped, stared at my lip, and kept laughing. I glared at him, "Prod! What the hell is so funny?" He stopped laughing, and pointed to my lip. "You have a little yogurt on your lip." I tried to lick it yogurt off, but Prod stopped me. "How about I help you out.?" Without warning, he leaned in and kissed me. He was just so natural with it. I wrapped my arm around his shoulders, and smiled. I could feel him smiling back. Then I realized we were in the middle of a public park, so I gracefully pulled away. Prod began to speak again, "Amber, if I tell you something, do you promise not to tell anyone else?" I nodded. He continued, "Good. Well don't be freaked out okay? But me and the boys... we're the four heroes." I had to pretend to be shocked, since Roc had already told me a while back. I widened my eyes, "Whoa. Really?" He nodded. "Wow. So are you guys like... The ninja turtles of Los Angeles?" Prod gave me the straight face. "No. Whenever there's a crime going on, Walter and Keisha get notified. Then they send us the location, the situation, and all that good stuff, through text. Me and the boys make our way to the scene, kick some ass, and save the day." He smiled at the end of his explanation. I laughed, and continued on with my act. "That's seems so cool! So do you guys fight with weapons too?" Prod pretended to frown, "No, well not yet. Walter said when we're older, he'll introduce us to the weapons. Until then, its all about hand on hand combat." "Even Prince and Ray?" I kind of snickered when I said that. Prod began to laugh too. "Well, Roc and I are the fighters. Prince and Ray are more like the sneaky ones, who attack from out of the blue." I nodded my head in understanding. "Oh, one last thing, do you guys have like, a special car? Like the Batmobile?" Prod smiled again, "Actually, yeah we do! We just don't have a name for it yet. But when we're all together, either Ray or Prince drive, because they're the oldest. I have to wait 'till next month to get my license." I nodded. "Well just stay safe okay? This whole hero thing sounds dangerous." He laughed a little, "You have nothing to worry about, babe." I smiled and rested my head on his shoulder again. We both started to drift off into our own little daydreams, and we remained that way for a while. I decided to break the silence. "Hey Prod, let's promise to always be honest with each other, alright? Because I would hate to see some petty lies ruin our relationship." He snickered at my gesture, but held out his pinky. "I promise." I linked my pinky with his. This moment seemed like a scene from a lame Disney channel movie. I don't know what it was about Prod, but around him, I felt safe and secure; as if nothing could harm me; as if we had a sealed bond whenever we were together; as if I was with my other half. Just as I was in my feelings, I looked at my watch: 6:39. "Holy crap! I promised my mom I'd be home by 7!" Prod frowned, "So this means we have to cut our date short, huh?" I nodded. "I'm so sorry!" He smiled again, "It's okay." We got off the park bench and began to walk to the car. "Are you doing anything next Saturday?" I frowned, "Yeah. My mom is having some get together with the people from her job." He mirrored my expression. "Aw man. Oh well, we'll figure out another time to chill." I smiled, "Sounds like a plan." When we reached the car, Walter unlocked the door, and we hopped in. The park wasn't that far away from my house, but I honestly didn't feel like walking. So we're at my house in no time. I thanked Walter, but before I left, I kissed Prod on the cheek one last time. "Thanks for making this such an amazing day."
